Would NOT recommend. Took my Volkswagen here, telling them that there was an electrical issue, that on the same day the speedometer, odometer and reverse all stopped working. There were no other indications of transmission issues and the car would just kill as soon as you put it into reverse. A couple days later, they told me it was my transmission and it would be 10K to fix, then charged me $150 for their “diagnosis”. I took it to another mechanic and he found it was an electrical issue and a $100 fix.

My transmission blew and my car was gone for 4 months. They agreed to take on a project they couldn’t handle. Took them 2 months to repair my car then gave a broken transmission so I had to take my car back again so they could fix their issue they caused. Took another 2 months. I was barely updated on the status of my car and would go a week without hearing from them unless I called first. They did not prioritize getting my car repaired after they gave it back to me broken. No communication at all. Loaner car ran worse than my car at times, check engine light on oil light on.

I want to give a shout out to Gesell's Automotive Service for taking the extra step with my car! If it wasn't for the crew at Gesell's Auto who knows where I would be. I took my car into them because my check engine light was on and my backyard mechanic couldn't figure it out! That was nothing major, it was my gas cap, but doing a few of their simple double checks before they release your car back to you, the crew found a major problem with my gas sensor. They fixed that along with a few loose nuts or bolts ( I'm not sure which) what I do know is I had someone force me off the road the other day and if it wasn't for them taking the time to check my car over, I don't think Dee and I would be here today! Your knowledge and care saved my life!You guys ROCK Thank you !!!

Did the timing chains on my parent's car, set the timing wrong and told them the sensor was too sensitive. They had the car for nearly 6 months...kept on making excusesThey liedThey lifted the car and started it without disabling the air suspension, which broke 2 sensors...they refuse to admit fault, I get stuff happens but own up to itUnder no circumstances would I recommend having anything done there as they will lie to your face and make up excuses.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I would like to give everybody here a warning about dealing with Gesells Automotive.My parents brought a 2006 Buick Lucerne into them for a small antifreeze leak and a power steering leak... This turned into a 4,800 bill.They ended up tearing the engine apart finding it needed timing chains and a bunch of other things. They put the engine back together set the timing wrong, and then tried to blame it on a "sensor that was too sensitive" And it was perfectly fine and not to worry about it I called them out on this they took the vehicle back and then had it for 4 months... 6 months total it took them to finally get the vehicle working. They then tried to blame a gear on the camshaft, It was fine It was eventually taken to a GM dealer which they paid for after threatening them with legal action they set the time incorrectly My mom finally gets her car back, The suspension light is on they broke off the suspension sensors when they lifted it up...Under no circumstances should you deal with them, they are completely 100% incompetent, The owner doesn't give a shit he had my parents vehicle for 6 months and kept on making excuses until legal action was threatened.As of right now it's still not right it needs an alignment and The broken suspension sensors replaced. The fact he let the car go like this shows he doesn't care. Do not use them You will regret it

We go to Jim for all of our car needs. The team is absolutely fantastic and you couldn’t meet better people. On multiple occasions I’ve had them just call in to check how everything is going after doing work on our cars. We recommend Gisele’s to everyone. Not only is the costumer service above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen because they truly just care about people but the prices are very reasonable as well. They are worth every penny if not more.
