Received a message on my EV and check engine light came on. My usual shop was too busy and a second shop told me I had to go to a dealer for this particular problem. Another dealer closer by my home was booked out, so I called Ewald service and I am so glad that's where I ended up! I had a superior experience from beginning to end. From phone call to payment, Ewald employees were respectful and patient. They answered my questions, and service was provided more quickly and less expensively than I anticipated. Even filled my tires and washed my windshield. Also, their waiting room is clean and comfortable with complimentary coffee and canned drinks. There were even a few tables so I could get some work done while I waited. Thanks to all at Ewald! I'll not be going back to my usual shop; you've got a new customer!

I bought a 2017 Nissan Rouge from here. They told me a "new" battery was installed first day I went to test drive since vehicle did not start. So that was that I bought it. They were great people just liars. I had so many issues with my car not starting. Never could pin point since everyone told me hey it's the battery but I kept saying no it's not Ewald installed a new one for us. Which was a lie from them. After so much inconvenience I finally called Ewald and said there's an electrical issue going on with this. They were of no help to me. I finally gave in and took the battery out and will you look at what I found an old battery after they said it was new installed in September. Thank you Ewald for causing a headache that could of been resolved by simply telling your customer that there is no new battery. I hope Ewald does not do this to anyone else . Battery that I took out was 12/19 Battery I installed is now 9/23

2 hours I waited for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. No body came and talked to me other people that came in with appointments after me left long before me. Have been progressively more disappointed with Ewald been very loyal to this point.

Everyone at Ewald Chevy in Oconomowoc is great. We've been customers for a very long time. Sales & service departments always go above and beyond for us. It's nice to know people know you by your first name, and not just another customer.

I got my bolt evs battery recall done here and I'm not impressed. I had a issue in the past with this service center when they turned me away for the software update for the safety recall on my car, I end up having to travel out of my way to a dealership that would do it. This time upon reviving my car I had 2 tires at 28psi which is odd since I should have received a tire rotation that I paid for and my invoice specifically says that air pressures were checked. So who knows, I ended up rotating my tires elsewhere. Now i have another recall on my car and will probably go anywhere else for it to be done.

Just had an oil change done and it was quick and cost effective. I am ecstatic that they put my missing micro chips in for my heated seats!! Thanks Jason, Jimi and Josh. The 3 J'S!!

My first time buying a car and Mike and Pete made the experience really great. They answered all of my questions in depth and explained everything to me really well. They were really nice overall and I will definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone!
