I met with Dr. Colleen and her assistant. They were awesome with both our kitten and adult cat. This was my first time there. Our adult cat was anxious at a new place and the kitty bugging him. Staff handled the situation so well. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful, knowledgeable and caring vets and staff. I couldn't be happier with the compassionate care my dogs and cats receive here. I highly recommend them. I don't find their fees to be any higher than other area vets I used before finding Hallett.

This office caters to the wealthy oconomowoc lake crowd that doesn't even look at a bill. If you do care, there are most certainly offices that can offer pet care that is more affordable. An xray and antibiotics for our pet was billed at twice the cost of the same I got for an xray and antibiotics at a walk in clinic for humans.

Next Door Grooming... Kris was amazing!! She went to the ends of the earth to keep my dog sensitive dog feeling safe and comfortable while he was being groomed. She was conscious of his aches and pains and suggested a two day session. She even came in after hours so he could be alone and feel safe on the grooming table. I stayed around for a while after I dropped him off. I heard other groomers greeting their clients and was impressed with the care, concern and attention they showed to each dog and guardian. As a dog training professional, attention to a dog's well being is first and foremost before I even begin to start a program. These groomers are the same way. I was very impressed. Thank you all for your excellent work

We seen Dr. Rachel several times and she is a very kind and compassionate to our dog. All the staff are warm and welcoming the minute you enter the door. Your are never just a number or $ sign. Love all the techs as well.

A huge thanks to Dr. Hallett and his wonderful staff for all their excellent service today when my dog Pearl had her laparoscopic spay and gastropexy. A lot of work went in to making sure that the blood products were ordered in advance and I really appreciate it. I knew Pearl was in good hands and that meant the world to me.

Just had our first appointment with Dr. Rachel. It was excellent. She listened, was thorough and provided good feedback. We didn’t feel rushed. And we got to go in with out dog which was so nice! I’m sick of doing vet visits from the car!

They care about your animal not just about your money unlike some vets in my area. I litterally come out from watertown just to take my girls to hallet because they treat my chugs with real compassion
