Can't speak for other's experience, but when I recently went to retrieve my furniture, there was standing water in the unit and all the furniture was ruined. (covered in mold) You'd probably be fine to store SOME things there for a short period of time, but furniture for any length of time I would not recommend. Didn't expect the owner to pay for the furniture, but I did think a refund for the storage fee would've been fair. Owner disagreed, offered a 15% discount.
