“I moved to Wisconsin this spring and opened an account at this branch. Several weeks later, I needed a signature guarantee for my TreasuryDirect account. I made an appointment with the manager and it was signed with no issues.The only negative thing I can think of so far is the bank teller I spoke with (same one the two times I went in) typed a lot on his computer without communicating what he was doing, so there was kind of this awkward silence. But someone came out after a few minutes to meet me.”
