We had the truck towed in on a Monday morning, Andy was quick to communicate that the truck arrived to the shop and let us know he would be in contact as soon as they were able to diagnose it. “This review is in regards to the service staff. I don't think they get enough credit! Drew (service manager) is the best around! My truck had to be in the shop for a while, and Drew helped me get a loaner truck (so I could work) while mine was in the shop. Their technicians are great at what they do, and Drew walked me through everything when I picked up my truck. It sucks to have a vehicle in the shop, but if you have to DREW and his technicians... you are in good hands! “Received a message on my EV and check engine light came on. My usual shop was too busy and a second shop told me I had to go to a dealer for this particular problem. Another dealer closer by my home was booked out, so I called Ewald service and I am so glad that's where I ended up! I had a superior experience from beginning to end. From phone call to payment, Ewald employees were respectful and patient. They answered my questions, and service was provided more quickly and less expensively than I anticipated. Even filled my tires and washed my windshield. Also, their waiting room is clean and comfortable with complimentary coffee and canned drinks. There were even a few tables so I could get some work done while I waited. Thanks to all at Ewald! I'll not be going back to my usual shop; you've got a new customer!”
“I stopped by, no appointment, with my daughters car. There was a slow leak and needed to have it repaired prior to driving back to school the next day.
The two people I interacted with were poliet and very accomodating. They took a look, and told me they could sneak me in if I came back around 1:00 PM. I arrived at one and they had me out by 1:45.
They did not try to sell me various add on's and said the tires, although wearing would be good for now. I asked for a rotation and they even suggested keeping the tires where they were for now and rotate at the next oil change.
Great service, no hard upsell, and did what they said they would do. I'll be back when I need to replace the tires next spring.”
