I was stuck in Wisconsin originally from Chicago and I called them up to see if they could come help me. The person who answered the phone was super nice and came to help me out with the mechanic! They helped me get back in the road!! So grateful for them!

We bought our truck 21 days ago and it was making noise in front. Found out a broken rack and pinoion. When we went in to show the problem to Sam he told us he was not going to help us even though he new the truck hit a deer. He Said we may have done something to it. We have insurance if we did something to it we would have it fixed. We didn't do anything so we cant get it fixed. It is at least 3000.00 to fix. I feel they could at least help us fix it. but they will not help at all I would not recommend them at all we payed 16 thousand for a ten year old truck that we had only 21 days. Shame on Sam the scam. Go somewhere else
First off you never gave us a 2800 off the price you gave us a 500 off the price . second you only said you could help with your discount for computer program at a ford dealer of 150. When we called the ford dealer they said it was 150 dollers so where is your dicount and we have to pay it anyway and we would have to pay to have it towed there we should just go to ford dealer at our house and save on tow bill.And last we were told by ford that electric would not stop it from cracking that was caused from a hard hit and we said that you told us the man who owned the truck hit a deer and he said that would cause it to crack. So stop your lies sam the scam. And we will go somewhere else and so should everyone else

Don't shop here , he does sloppy repairs and if you change your mind on buying he will call you names and nothing good very inappropriateand unprofessional!!! Stay far away from here and the 2016 blue Kia Soul with 34k miles is junk , don't go here!!!!

Found this beautiful chrysler 300 on line and came a week ago and test drove it and thought about it. Here we are today purchasing the car. Highly recommend. He is honest and stands by his word. Gave me his word and turned down a higher offer. Will shop here again for sure!

My first time buying a car on my own and I'm so glad I found this dealership. I bought a 2018 Jeep Cherokee from Sam who gave me a great deal and was very helpful. He made great efforts to make sure I got the car I wanted as quickly as possible, was honest about everything, and overall gracious throughout the entire process.
If your in the market I would definitely recommend Wyss Auto, Sam is a great guy who treats his customers with great diligence.

Highly recommend! In terms of used vehicles, this is the place to go. I had a great experience purchasing through Sam. He offered a great price, fully disclosed information about the vehicle, and is a man of his word. I did my own research on the car and it aligned it with everything Sam disclosed.
