Unfortunately the men’s department (casual items like Sonoma and apartment 9) was really tight. I don’t know how a person with a mobility or sight challenge could maneuver the department. Of I used a wheel chair, it would be impossible. How is this ADA compliant? There are too many racks and shelves on the selling floor.
Sadly the gold toe socks hang nicely on the wall but were not organized. So finding my second package was challenging. The 40% coupon was a bonus.
So this is a mixed review and could easily be improved upon.”

I love their abayas and dresses, they are not only just good quality but amazing style. They have almost every style you could think of that are halal and cute.”

“I had issues with my giftcards at the store today, and without the help of Keith I wouldn't be writing such a positive review. Keith spent his time calling district managers, customer service and more just to resolve this issue. Not only was the issue resolved but he gave us a discount for our troubles, I will definitely be coming back now that I know Tilly's puts their customers first. I tried looking for a spot to review employees on their website but I couldn't find anything so that's why I'm writing it here. Thank you Keith!”

I came back for jewelry, I’ve been looking for weeks. There is a specific woman here, I didn’t catch her name, that’s helped me twice. I wish I wasn’t so picky, but she makes the experience so much more comfortable than any other place I’ve been. I think I’ll come back until I find something I like, I hope they get commission and if not I hope she gets some recognition!”
“Cashiers there always seem to have an attitude. But the lady who fixes clothes and its at the door to welcome you in is very nice. I like this store because they have small sizes and very large like 3XL as well. Theres a large variety of clothes. Very colorfull clothes. Theres a section with kids clothes and shoes. They sell under clothes for kids and women. Just no mens clothes. Prices are good. Shirts range from $3 to $20. Shoes range from $5 to $25.Store is usually clean. And many sales. They dont have restrooms which isnt always the best with small kids. I will be returning here. They even sell uniform for kids which is good for me with 3 kids.”
“I hadn't been to Discovery in a few years but I remember them for having extremely low priced clothing, shoes and accessories. You can find work appropriate clothing, everyday wear and club items. Upon coming back I see that this store has kept prices lower than most stores. I'd compare it to Charlotte russe. It was clean and organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. Caters to mostly a younger crowd but you can find some grown women pieces as well. Recommend.”
“Dana was very helpful. She saved us a 2 hr drive. The dress that we wanted was not in stock at the Southridge store. She found it at another store in the district and had it shipped to Southridge. The dress made arrived within 2 days. She was very prompt about notifying me that the dress had arrived although I missed her call twice. Her excellent customer service was greatly appreciated. “I went in for some mens cologne inventory was real low but I found some Calvin kleene wit no price sticker on it waited in line cashier came up wit a price out of the air and wanted to charge me way more then the cologne cost I brought the same size bottle and same cologne a week ago from a different location for 29.99 this lady wanted to charge me 49.99 I told her i was not paying that much for that size bottle ... overall experience was average”
“I was returning a pair of pants that didn't fit. The manager was so helpful about how each style of their pants fit. She let me know that the pair I was going to replace the ones I was returning were going to be too big because they stretch. I got a smaller size and they fit perfectly. She could have just done my return and moved on, but she didn't. She provided amazing customer service, even while be short staffed. Thank you for the excellent experience!!”
“It's clean on some days and not clean on other days. It's mainly the customers fault for it however because honestly the mess is just UNCALLED for it's really not that hard to put an item back but the staffs are getting the short end of the stick. The register does tend to be slow but it gets by, just hope you're not behind someone who's on a shopping spree. The staffs are chill and nice.”

“Definitely thought this location was super clean, the employees were super nice, and I loved the check-out-yourself registers, we don't have that at my location! The lady was super helpful considering it was my first time using them! (Which wasn't hard to begin with) Definitely would drive back to Oak Creek just to come here seems a tad better than our store lol.”
