“Car looks great! It took some time to get it fixed but they did it correctly. You cannot tell where they had to cut, weld, and match the paint. Had an issue with the engine not running the same as when I took it in. After calling it out, the manager contacted me the next business day, explained that I was correct on the facts that the car should be running better. The towed the car back, fixed it without me having to pay. It was more delayed than it should have been. But I am happy with the honesty and full customer service received after finding the issue.”

He gave me a ride to the tire shop and was friendly and extremely pleasant to talk to. Largely thanks to his super quick service, Firestone was able to fit me in before closing and I was able to get home instead of spending the night in a hotel!”

It took a bit to get my car in the shop (about a week), but the wait was worth it. ? They're clearly busy for a reason.
The repair took about a week and a half - again, worth the wait. And I know some of that is waiting for parts to come in.
Not sure if its their own policy or a perk through my insurance, but they have a lifetime warranty on all of the work that they did to my car.
They also detailed my car before giving it back to me - above and beyond. It feels brand new and the car looks amazing.

“Our dealership worked with Accurate Transmission Specialists to replace our 2012 Camry’s transmission under warranty. There were some complications and the first replacement ended up having problems too. But, they went above and beyond and really put in there due diligence. After multiple times testing out the car car they honored the 6 month warranty and replaced it again free of charge. It’s been months now and the car works great! Sometimes stuff just happens but it’s what you do to amend the issue that matters. I am highly satisfied and thankful for the outcome. We would do business with them again. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful.”
