This business are actual scammers and thieves. They supposed bought another company and now BOTH companies have been removing money every month despite asking them to remove our account months ago. This company is fine with committing actual FRAUD, knowing that we asked at least 5 times for them to stop taking payments out and cancel the service. The other shell company they run "coast car wash" also removes funds every month despite supposedly not even existing since May. Don't bother with this company, they will continue to steal your money no matter who in the company you talk to or how many times they claim to have resolved it.

They will not allow you to cancel your account. They will continue to withdraw money from your account no matter how many times you use any of their cancelation procedures. You will need to close your debit or credit account in order for them to stop robbing you. There are no humans to assist with cancelations. The staff that Work there in person say they hear this all the time and there is nothing they can do about it.

Had to find out the hardest way that this place right now vacuums don’t work car wash don’t work membership doesn’t work I wonder and how I’m getting my money back for my membership

Zero stars! Do not take your car here. Scammed! I had someone else take a look at my car after getting my oil change done from here. He had asked me when I last had it changed, which had only been about a few months out, and he said it looked to have never been changed. Not only that, whomever was behind the computer input my information in incorrectly, as well as incorrectly putting the mileage in. I dont recommend this place, never have been back, and will never go back.

Ever since Coast sold their Car Wash Business to Take5 it has been a horrible experience. First they closed for remodel without notification to current customers.Then when it reopened the new scanners did not work. Have been dealing with this for months. I feel sorry for the workers too. I am sure they are stressed. One told someone threw a bottle at him.I loved Coast but beware of Take5. If improvement does not happen quick I will end my membership.
