Girl in drive thru was on her phone as you see it's laying on the register and the employees having personal beverages near where the customer food is , very unsanitary. Also I noticed lots of dirty walls and other unsanitary stuff inside.

I'm not one to write reviews like this, but the practices at this business seem to justify. If you're looking for places to potentially store your valuables, pass this place up. There have been 3 instances of mice infestations that I am aware of. It got so bad that I bought my own traps and poison for them. Some family heirlooms we're ruined by nesting pests. Each time I told on site staff, they just said sorry and that they get the sprayers out. And that I could leave my key. No chance I'll give access of my things to strangers. The problem persists. Today, I gave notice of my intent to vacate, and due to missing the deadline by a couple days, I will be charged for an entire month, so here I am. You can find better options, and better managed options. Pass this place up if you care about your items. Search the Google photos for my picture of mice friends.

This is not a review that I intended to write, but what I have seen today has convinced me to so, so others can learn my experience. I rented an office space at the corner of S 76th and Layton managed by Ryan Road Storage and occupied that facility for over 3 years. I made my payment on time and kept the office in great shape. However, I vacated the unit and given the landlord 60 days notice required by the lease. There was a balance of little over $100 on my account. In two weeks, after that payment was due to pay, I dropped the check of the balance, but account was already in collections.I am over 50 years of age, and this is my first collection ever in my credit files, and it was not necessary. I have a great respect for employees of the company, but lacked a leadership and managerial skills that guides an organization to be effective. The manager hates people and expect to hate them back, but I am not hateful human being. I love people and believe in my heart that people have exceptional qualities. This is holiday season and very difficult time in the country and around the world. We should care one another, and show decency and respect.

Very sweet staff. We did run into an issue with leasing stuff but they really worked w/ helping me, that’s why they are a five star storage unit.The storage areas are really clean, and it’s in a great spot so water will NOT flood there!

I think Ryan road storage is excellent. Kim is the sweetest, we have been here a few years now and never plan on leaving ,a GREAT, secure,clean place and extremely nice people.

This place used to be great when the father still owned it; however, when the daughter took over it all went downhill. She’s raised and then lowered rent numerous times, I couldn’t keep up with what my rent was.
