Nice to have pets allowed. Only one ice machine, and it's in the area with vending machines and laundry. Not very convenient but it's doable. Shady people here and there. Surprisingly quiet overall but paper thin walls made me wake up everytime the guy next door coughed. Way overpriced for what you get. I paid $70 and that was via Agoda which was cheapest I found. Still, having no microwave or fridge is just tacky and cheap. Kinda shady too, how I was informed at check-in that for an additional $15/night I could upgrade to a room with the coffeemaker, microwave, and fridge. For two nights I was there it wasn't worth that $30 added cost. No thanks. The TV remote was literally useless. Had to manually turn channel on the actual side of the TV. Again not ideal but doable. Horribly loud fan was part of the bathroom light switch so I never used the light in bathroom or shower. Bad vibe here overall, not just due to police slowly prowling around and around but also shady people yelling. They demand a $50 security deposit and i asked why and was told to cover cost if I take something. Honestly, what the...?!At least they let you pay this ridiculous $50 fee in cash. Nice that it's right on the 19 bus line.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bedbugs horribly in room 217. They are literally the size of beetles (refer to picture) They wouldnt give me a refund nor a credit toward another room, Manager definitely knows about the situation, he’s extremely unprofessional and didn’t want to help us in anyway. he walked away so the receptionist could handle it. I will not be back again. Stay far away from this location!!!**i contacted guest relations and they also did nothing to help. All they did was contact the manager. Don’t waste your money here!!!

BED BUGS! I was staying a few days ago for 1 night. At 9:30 i was bitten a bed bug while on top of the sheets of the bed. I took pictures and a video of it. Then took the bed bug to the front desk and showed the employee. Even stating i had concerns the owner would try to weasel out of a refund. I then checked out immediately. Yet i received an email saying there was never a bed bug and i was not getting a refund. I am still fighting this with my bank. But this place is run by bad ownership to no surprise. More interested in a quick dollar than doing right by the cusromer. Why would i leave at 9:30pm after paying for a night? Moving to a different room was not an option. There would have been bugs in another room as well. I would not have been comfortable sleeping there after the bed bug. Making the stay null and void. Do not stay here unless you like bedbugs or a bad location with criminals. Or paying extra for a fridge or microwave.

Some of the rooms are actually good and everything works as it should be.Then you have rooms that have a phone with no insides, Gross moldy lifting up floorboards, holes in the wall, HVAC units that look like they have been through hell and back multiple times, and rooms where half the outlets don’t work.But I can bring my dog for no additional charge which kind of makes up for all the not so great things I mentioned.

I have never been treated so terribly in my life by a hotel or motel and I have stayed at both. I came Friday evening and had two separate Priceline reservations. I am visiting my daughter who is getting medical treatment so I only had one day, during the day, to visit her. I asked if I could get the same room both nights, and was told that was ok. I was not told I needed to check back in between or obviously I would.Well, I came back this evening (Saturday around 8pm) and my clothes have been thrown away along with my headphones …. Supposedly.The first room I got had a literal chunk falling out of the shower. There were police here responding to a domestic dispute Friday night when I arrived. It does not feel safe. The only thing semi positive is despite being ratty it was semi clean.However the money I “saved” staying here is negated by the clothes and items I have to replace. I am horrified that they did not even try to contact my number which they make you put on the sheet when you check in to ask if I’d let clothes AND headphones on purpose or accident.I am trying to contact Red Roof and Priceline now to try to get some kind of refund. I am so livid and so upset and will never stay at another Red Roof location after this. I have been staying at hotels/motels frequently lately and have done so many times in the past.Do not stay here. It’s not pleasant and it’s not worth the saved money. Some motels are. Not this one.

I brought my 2 big old dogs up here from Texas and needed a room for 2 days. The front desk lady bent the rules a little to help with our frustration. We were warm and cozy in our super comfy bed . I will be backRooms: Very relaxing room with an amazing bed

Make up on my pillow and blanket, as if my Lenin was not washed properly if it was even washed at all. I know this is a 2 start hotel but cutting corners is never okay when it comes to germs just ewww

Constant police presence seems to always be trouble at this location there’s about 50 hotels in the area would not recommend this one

Old dry soap still in shower, had the nerve to ask for a $50 deposit when their known for bed bugs. Hide your stuff cleaning lady was at my door when I pulled up even though I requested no service
