Why do you offer pay at pump; when you force people to come inside and pre pay???

Aug/4/2024 Michelle and Joe did a really great job very friendly. Michelle and Joe took care of my every need especially Michelle. She actually got me some utensils and plastic. didn't show any discuss when she was preparing my meal and mashed potatoes. She was very sweet and friendly.
