Decent location very clean fresh produce but worst food carts ever. Very loud and bumpy. I normally have to try 5 or 6 carts before I can find one that works properly. I wish this location would get the brown plastic carts that several other locations use. Other then that nice location.

WORST PICK N SAVE EVER.
all the fruits and vegetables are molded, bruised, covered in fruit flys... there is and has been a garbage can directly next to the onions for over a month now... i have informed management and they seem like they need a call to the health department to figure this out. i have had to leave the store before due to the disgust of supply. the staff is a whole separate issue. The amount of stupidity and rudeness (especially cashier jennifer) I have experienced there will keep me from ever coming back. i would give 0 stars if i could..

Went to Pick and Save on Howell ave in Oak Creek went to butcher for steaks and an employee named Maro was the most disrespectful and rude person I've ever spoke with in all my year's going to that particular pick and save very disappointed

Was directed to go to self check out after 5 minutes of shopping. When I did check out cashier was snotty after I asked a question about price. Should cashiers really be wearing shorts.

I consistently have positive experiences at Pick n Save! The customer service is always upbeat, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The majority of store shelves are clean and the store has a peaceful atmosphere. Recommended for sure!

This has become really the only store we shop at and usually I have no complaints about it. But I have to say this is the worst pick n save when it comes to collecting the shopping carts! I went today and walked in the side door by the bank and usually there isn't any on that side so I walked to the main entrance and to my actual surprise there wasn't any there either. I wasn't the only customer that noticed this. So me and the other customers walked back outside and had to grab one from the cart area you put them in when you are done. I get it if you guys are super busy and just can't at the moment but it's a normal thing at this store. I never see anyone collecting them and I go at all times of the day. Please get on top of this it's not right the customer has to go retrieve a shopping cart outside the store that staff's plenty of people who are capable of getting them. Also please bring back basket's, not all customers want to use a shopping cart.

Wait times in the deli section is ridiculous! Only 3 people in front of me, I waited 15 minutes and still wasn’t helped. A manager of some kind was in the area, saw the line forming behind me and did nothing. She had someone in the back slicing meat and never told them to come up front to help the slow deli worker.
Ended up just checking out because wait was going to be continue.

Our online pickup orders are regularly messed up. Either the wrong products are pulled (not a replacement, just completely wrong items and then billed for the original item), or the "fresh" produce is disgusting (rotten, moldy, on the way out, etc). Sometimes I swear they're pulling rotten produce just to get rid of it. We've also been given items that are passed their expiration.

The checkout lines are way too long. Fewer checkers, more self serve lane which constantly have issues

Local grocer, sometimes they have good deals, sometimes its better to travel down the road and see what other stores have.

This is one of the worst pick n save stores in the area.The selection is terrible. If this wasn't so close to me I'd never go here. Every time I do, I regret it. I always leave without something because they simply don't carry it.You also need to check all dates. I've purchased expired things more than I can count.Also, they don't have any baskets!! Once I actually asked a staff member for one and she said they only have about 4 in the whole store and even she didn't understand why.
