Cashier as well as floor manager extremely rude and both unfriendly. I do not believe either understood English very well. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have not gotten a riding cart as they are either being charged all at once or out of order. I used to prefer this store but lately it is terrible.

Love this store, me and my family come shop here every single week, we always buy food from the deli and park outside in front of the water fountain and just sit and relax! Amazing location!

This store is good like 4/5 but what makes it 5/5 is the employees from the front end always open to help you,some of the guy’s in charge of the service desk (Evening’s)they are so helpful and they also do other jobs like getting karts, bagging, etc.
The big guy Omar i see that he does a lot off work for this store i see him doing some of everything
Bagging, getting karts, cashiering,mopping the flor i would say this kid needs a raise!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The tall guy from the customer service desk was very very helpful, that’s why i like shopping at this store this guy is always saying Hello at the door and saying thanks when someone leaves!!!

If I could give zero stars I would but you can’t. Digital coupons don’t work. They don’t come up under their search. Staff can’t help they don’t understand why they don’t work. Send you up to the front say they will help you there. Nope they want you to try again. Login makes you reset password even if password is correct. Shopping should not be this difficult. Wasted a half hour put everything back and will not be shopping here.

Do NOT go here, drive another 5 min and go to the Howell location! This place is a mess. The produce is always rotten and the customer service is beyond disappointing. All the staff always has an attitude. I tried calling to speak with a manger and was on hold for over 29 minutes and no one picked up.
This location needs new management

I ordered chicken from the deli and gave them 2 hours to complete the order. When I arrived they forgot and then took more than 40 minutes to complete the order promising 15 minutes. Customer service in all the departments except the young lady at the check out The rest of the employees need to be taught how to take care of the customer. I won’t be back we have many options

This was my favorite pick n save for 20 years. Unfortunately, no longer the case. This place is going down fast. Management don't care, especially third shift supervisor April along with Tracey the store manager. They don't understand that I'm paying their check by shopping there. Very sad that good customer service is disappearing ?.

I don't think anyone is checking the expiration dates on products at this location. I have at least 6 item over a month expired each time I go. Gonna drive to a different location from now on.
