I would give 0 stars if I could. They are completely rude and disrespectful. The car side of pickup is a disaster. I place a order for pickup but it was canceled. I tried again and still it was canceled. I will never shop here again. Plus my large group of family and friends won't anymore either. We have switched to Sendik's where the customer service is to notch. The produce at Sendik's is extremely fresh where pick n save produce is crap. Pick n save has lost many loyal consumers.

Tri City Pick n Save, 6462 S. 27th Street, Oak Creek, Wi is simply not a good store in the Kroger chain. I live in the Milwaukee area and have shopped at this store many many times. For the most part, the employees appear to be disinterested in working there and convey a sense of apathy toward customers. This location is oftentimes out of essential items I need and when I ask when their supply will be replenished, no one seems to know at all. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the following story confirms why I won't shop here any longer (and may quit Pick n Save altogether). Recently a friend of mine was shortchanged a significant amount at the register which could have been resolved "on the spot" (He did not put any money back in his pocket. The cashier could clearly see she miscalculated his change.). Instead of a quick correction, management chose to put him through a lengthy and unnecessary process. The supervisor had to count her entire drawer and, if he was owed more back, he would either have had to wait an undetermined length of time or return to the store. Since he needed to go to work the supervisor said she would call him by noon ... the next day. Mind you, at no point in this transaction did anyone offer an apology or show any sensitivity to the hassle they were putting him through. The next day by late afternoon nobody called him - he had to call them. They told him to drive back to the store to receive the money he was, indeed, shortchanged. They begrudgingly handed him the money without a word of apology or any show of contrition for what could have been resolved at the moment it happened. It makes me wonder if the management and employees even think they have any obligation to their customers ever. Offering a sincere apology is such a simple thing to do, yet it makes a world of difference to those who are inconvenienced or wronged. When it isn't given, it leaves a bad impression on those involved, and all those they know as well.

Pick n Save is getting to be ridiculously over priced on things one example is in the Deli Department all their salads like potato salad pasta salad coleslaw etc used to be all priced differently per pound now they change it to everything in that case to $ 6.99 Lb. I don't know how they can justify everything the same price These different products do not all cost the same some are cheaper the others n they do not make it there so it's not fresh I feel they are exploiting the customers Financial situation due to what's going on in the world today !!

Pick 'n Save Persian: Pick 'n Save is a regional grocery store that is found in WI and IL. It is operated by Roundy's, which is a subsidiary of Kroger. Fun fact, one of the Doughboy's first jobs in high school was at a Pick 'n Save. A Pershing is a doughnut that is similar to a cinnamon roll, but is made with doughnut batter. The cinnamon flavor is subtle, but I could see the cinnamon granules in the dough after taking a few bites. I found the dough to have a nice thick and chewy texture while also being light and pillowy. The two versions I tried were topped with a sweet vanilla icing and the other with a creamy and sweet cream cheese frosting. I slightly preferred the frosting version, but both were excellent. I'm guilty of frequenting trendier doughnut shops, but the bakery at Pick 'n Save surpassed my expectations and is legit. Great store! Employees are nice and helpful. Prices are on target with others in the area. The produce is always fresh and neat. One thing I have noticed is there is always a shortage of carts! You may have to bring one from the parking lot!

So I have to speak out about this one It was 7 o'clock wasn't even that late and there were no cashiers the only thing that was open was the self-help which sucks when you have a cart full and when we said something to the girl she said something about that they were shorthanded and it was kind of an off handed oh well To me this is it unacceptable and the place shouldn't have been opened at all you should always at least have one regular cashier lane open not the crappy self help I mean what about the people that need help like the elderly they're supposed to scan them themselves I mean come on here you're supposed to be a reputable business this is the worst I've ever seen this location and it's hard for my fiancé to scan it herself so she's lucky that I was along with her this was just poor business ship all around

I completely LOVE the pharmacy staff!! They are so knowledgeable about my health and medications I take. Anytime I have questions I get answers and without feeling like I'm being talked down to. Their service is timely and if by some chance there is any kind of an issue with filling or refilling a prescription they notify you so you are aware of what is going on. I was going to a competitor pharmacy (always had issues with their service) and switched to Pick N Save pharmacy about 5 yrs ago and I'm very happy I did.

Even though the food usually tastes good, the Deli service would earn a 1 star because the hot foods that are supposed to be available at 11 a.m. is NEVER available for at least 20 min. Last Friday, the Fish Fry person was acting like a martyr because she was filling in for the person who was supposed to be handling it. Those of us who were waiting were supposed to feel sorry for her? The fish tasted great, but was lukewarm. The side dishes were cold. They must have been on the stacked cart for a long time, because they went in to the heating table cold. Today, I gave them another chance with the fried chicken because it is usually some of the best in the area. Again, it didn't come out until 11:20 am. By the taste of it, they probably hadn't heated up the oil until the moment that they dropped the chicken pieces into the fryer. Regarding the Fish Fry day, 2 assistant managers blew me off about the delayed food and directed me back to the deli. Two deli employees only looked at us and didn't respond at all. The management needs to be kicked in the pants for allowing the service to deteriorate.
