Always quick refills. Friendly and efficient. I received a follow up call asking about if I had the meds I needed and if I had any questions about them.

Great location, close to the hwy, local businesses, and business parks. Staff is courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. For the size of the store, the offerings are great. I've never had any issues with this establishment. Glad they are on this part of town. They've really made an impact here. Thank you!

1 lane open, it takes to long to check out, no workers in the isles to help people find stuff. Lucky I only shop about once a month. Prices are to expensive. This country is going crazy.

This store is now officially TERRIBLE. They just got rid of their full service deli. Now all they offer is a bunch of pre packaged meats and cheeses that are not fresh. You can no longer go up and order what you want and how much you want. Pic n save decided that you have to pick from this pre bagged meat or this pre bagged cheese etc. TERRIBLE decision and incompetent management at it's worst!! I will never shop here again. I will go to their MANY other competitors such as Woodmans, Meijers, Sendiks, Festival etc. Way to lose customers picnsave...........

This store has really gone downhill. Start with management that doesn't care roe the customers or any issues they might be having. I know this from firsthand experience. Explaining an issue I had with the deli, the manager looked annoyed and acted as if I was wasting his time. Next you have deli where they gave me the wrong meat and charged me the higher price. Also, there is always a wait with other employees ignoring the customers. Incompetence at its best. The produce is never stocked and the product that is out is usually beat up and looks bad. Store is smaller so they don't carry as much as other locations and yet their shelves aren't nearly as stocked as they should be. I believe this goes back to horrible leadership. When the leaders don't care, the employees don't care. I do have to give a shout-out to the older employees that have been here a while, they still seem to care, but they are getting fewer and far between as the years go on. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. Go to Howell and Puetz or 76th and Rawson, you won't be sorry.

I like this supermarket though it doesn't have a wide selection of Asian-American foodstuffs. It's clean and friendly with lots of parking. It's right next to the 24 hour Emergency Veterinary Hospital so the only times I'm usually here I'm very worried and maybe burdened by heavy sadness.

This store had Fruity Pebbles advertised (on Wednesday) for $0.99 after a digital coupon. My phone died in while shopping so I asked our cashier if they had a barcode or could help me. Alec came up (he wasn't the cashier) and said he'd look on his phone. When he did, he told me that it didn't start for another 2 days! I asked why an entire end display had a big sign stating $0.99 and the product was filled on the shelf. I felt that was deceptive and false advertising. He told me that the sign should say that you download the coupon and have to come back later to buy it. Why would I shop now and have to come back in 2 days to shop for that ONE item again? I said I didn't see that on the sign. He told me "You should learn how to read!" I was APPALLED!!! My friend who checked out in front of me turned and said "DID HE JUST TELL YOU THAT YOU NEEDED TO LEARN HOW TO READ?!?!" First of all, I'm old enough to be his Mother and second....I am a college educated woman who was able to retire early from a Fortune 500 company. I definitely know how to read. I also know how to NOT patronize businesses who are deceptive and allow their staff to disrespect their customers!! I would suggest you go to any of the other fine stores in town: Woodmans, Meier, ect.

We shop here mainly because of location to our home, very close. Smaller than most Pick&save stores. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the store. They do not carry as many products as Woodman's. But you should be able to find what you're looking for. The deli is good and the meat department has full time butchers. We also use the pharmacy here and the pharmacists are outstanding. They take the time to listen to your concerns and provide good quality feedback. Would highly recommend.

Every time I go they have stopped carrying another item I buy regularly. Example, ultrabrite toothpaste, Gilles custard, Hormel black label bacon, etc. if one more item disappears I will take my food shopping to another vendor.
