Losing my girl dog was the hardest thing ever. Although I’m grateful immensely of having Dr. Monica Inniss coming to my home to peacefully send my baby Sassy Frass to doggie heaven. I’m still grieving her loss but I know she isn’t suffering. Thank you Dr. Inniss for your kindness and understanding.

I wouldn't wish a day like today on anyone but I am grateful for Dr. Inniss and her caring, patient, and empathetic demeanor whole my wife and I were barely coherent in our grief. She helped us say goodbye to our best friend and did so with kindness.

My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Monica for her grace and compassion with helping my sweet Sophie have a dignified end. My Sophie came to me late in her years she was approximately 14. She blessed me for 2.5 years. She was my girl, my pal and I was so honored to be her last person. I have nothing but high praise for Monica's attention to detail, care and calming demeanor. Her understanding of the grief experienced and the torment of the heart wrenching decision was made easier for me with the gentle process and ability to keep my Sophie at home next to me in her final moments. I can honestly think of no better way to say farewell. I would recommend Monica to anyone having to make this heartbreaking decision. A peaceful end is the greatest gift of love we can give our 4 legged companions and Monica made it dignified.

Dr. Monica made us feel so at ease while we went through the painful experience of having to say goodbye to our beloved pooch of 13+ years. She walked us through every step of the euthanizing process in the comfort of our own home. Her knowledge and experience is very evident. She has such a strong passion for not only animals, but their human families too. I’m forever grateful to her for making our situation a priority and giving us the best care. Dr Monica is awesome! She fit us into her schedule very quickly. She is very professional yet very compassionate. If you want have end of life services at your home I would definitely recommend her. She will treat your family and pet with the utmost respect.

When it came time to let our senior dog pass we decided at home would be best. Our Pets Our Family came as a recommendation from our vet. As difficult as this process was to say goodbye I would not have had it any other way. Monica was kind and compassionate and patient of our grieving process in our moments of saying goodbye to him and respectful of our wishes for him. She explained the process and it was peaceful for him which is all we wanted for him given the circumstances. If ever needed for future goodbyes of our furry companions when it is their time I will use these services again.

Dr. Monica was amazing. She told us what would happen at each step so we wouldn't be caught off guard when we let go of our precious dog. She was so kind when I put wrong date in for the appointment and worked with me to schedule a good time.

I will forever be grateful that we had the chance to say goodbye to our sweet girl Kanga at home. We called with an urgent need on a Sunday morning after she was quickly loosing her quality of life after chemo stopped working for her cancer. The Dr. was here within 2 hours and handled everything so well. Saying goodbye to our girl in my arms at home where she was most comfortable is priceless. I'm so thankful they helped give our cat of 16 years the end of life care she deserved. He ashes, pawprint and fur clippings for delivered by hand to us a week later, I can not recommend them enough. Thank you.

Dr. Monica offers such a well needed service to our beloved pets, to be put down in their own HOME. She came to my home & euthanized my 15 year old blind dachshund, Gypsie. It was a beautiful & easy passing & brought me so much comfort knowing that I didn't have to drag her to a cold, highly lit vet office. As difficult a time as it is to euthanize a furry family member, Monica made it the best scenario for our family & made Gypsie and myself, feel at ease. Thank you!!
