Dr. Burguete performed a teeth cleaning on my 12yr old Collie. From day one of the interview to bringing her home, I was very nervous and concerned for my furbabie. Yet Dr. Burguete's professional confidence and true caring nature lessened my concern. In fact, the entire staff was wonderful with caring for her needs. I highly recommend the doctors and staff atOak Creek Veterinary for all your furbabies needs.Thank you.

Dr. Toro did a super job removing the canine on my Shiba. My dog was running around like normal after a day or 2 and didn't seem uncomfortable at all after. He's healed up now and there were no complications at all. They were also really awesome with the follow up care and all the techs I spoke with were super nice. They are not our regular vet but we would definitely go back in the future for surgeries or dental care.

My puppy had her first shot/visit today. I think I was more nervous than she was. They distracted her with treats , which I thought was cool. No yelp with the shot, no yelp with the nail trimming either. I even got some helpful hints on crate training. We will definitely make this our one-stop shop for vet care. The cost was about what I expected.

This clinic made it possible for my Chihuahua to spend Christmas with us, and that's the best present we could have asked for. Let me explain! So I have a happy little elderly chihuahua. He has congestive heart failure, but has been living happily and in no pain with his medications, healthy diet, love, and good, spoiled life. A couple days ago, he suddenly started struggling to breathe. We understood that it was probably time to euthanize him, but were obviously devastated. We were about to take him to an ER clinic, because our regular vet (who can usually squeeze him in on days notice) was just too busy. But Oak Creek Veterinary Care somehow squeezed him in immediately, even though they are a very busy clinic and Yoda is not a regular patient there. We had Dr. Julio A. Toro care for him. The doctor recommended an oxygen and Lasix injection treatment. It worked amazingly. We understand that there is no cure for the CHF, and that we could have a just a week or maybe a couple months with Yoda, but it is a blessing. He has not coughed or had any breathing problems since his treatment, and he is completely back to his happy little self.Tomorrow my grandparents are coming over for Christmas eve, and they get to spend it with their favorite family member (our dog haha) and I am so thankful for that. They just adore him and he is the light of their lives, just like he is ours. They live 2 minutes away from us and often have their little furry grandson over.Because of Dr. Toro, my family and I can spend the Christmas with him, and it's a blessing. I can't have children, so our dogs are definitely like children to us.Next time Yoda gets bad, he will have to go to doggy heaven peacefully, and we understand that. But for now, he is gonna have the best Christmas and be spoiled rotten! (As per usual hahaha!)Thank you to Dr.Toro and all of his lovely and kind staff. If you guys hadn't squeezed us in for that appointment, we would have taken him to an ER clinic, where this treatment would have been probably 3 or 4 times what it costed at your clinic. While we have always been willing to spend whatever it costs for our animal's medical bills, this year with the holiday season and a little bit of financial issues, we doubt we would have been able to spend the amount needed at an emergency vet clinic. We would not have him here for the holidays if it wasn't you guys. Me, my husband, my grandparents, and all the people that love Yoda so much, are so very grateful for you all performing the emergency treatment on him at a moments notice, and not breaking our bank account in order to do it.Thanks anyone who reads this long review. merry Christmas to everyone and Happy Holidays! I have to go now, though, Yoda requires my immediate attention: he is demanding more cuddles!-Jessica

I have never encountered such a wonder vet, and office. I've had many pets throughout the years, after one of them almost died due to an incredibly rare condition I have been bringing them here. It is due to the people here that my pet cat has been able to recover and get back to his older self, full of energy and running around with his sister. For this, I am endlessly thankful to them. Each of my two cats are pretty unique, one of them is more difficult to deal with but they handle it amazingly well. Because of them bringing them here to the vet has been a much more pleasant experience. Such a gentle, and loving staff, exceptionally talented and all around good people.

This 5-star review is long overdue. I’ve been taking my animals to OCVC since 2016. I have always received exceptional care from the entire team. Dr. Burguete and Dr. Toro are my animal’s regular doctors and I wholeheartedly trust their opinions. When one of my cat’s developed a rare neurological disorder, I received patient thorough conversations and was provided all the various options. With Dr. Burguete’s guidance, we tried a few experimental medications before we began seriously discussing humane euthanasia. It was a gut-wrenching decision but Dr. Burguete walked me through the pain and discomfort my Bobbi was feeling and how there is no cure available, just management. While I knew a specialist referral was an option, it was not an affordable option and one that still would bring no cure. Making the decision to euthanize is incredibly heartbreaking and I will forever be grateful for Dr. Burguete being there for us all the way to the end.All 4 of my current animals are cared for by the OCVC team and all their various appointments from allergies, teeth cleanings, lump testing, urinary crystal long-term management and everything in-between have been great care experiences. I respect and trust the OCVC team with all my animal’s needs!

Would never go to a vet that would use a gas chamber to euthanize any sort of animal. Called them about having one of my geckos euthanized because their cancer had gotten worse and they weren't doing good. They informed me I couldn't be present in the last moments of our family members life, because with small animals like that they use a gas chamber. How grotesque and inhumane. This being said anyone needs services such as I'm describing. I recommend Brook Falls. The vet was amazing and I was allowed to be there if I would like in the end. And they did everything by injection. Not torturing by Suffocation in a gas chamber. Also they were not very expensive for this either and even gave me a clay molding of my geckos Footprints afterwards no extra charge.
