I can only help but wonder how bad your life has to be to just outright yell at somebody for no reason. I will never, recommend this place because of the crabby old mechanic in the back. I will, however, tell everyone I can who needs a mechanic recommendation, not to go here. Check your attitude.

I broke down less than a half mile from this shop a couple of weeks ago. It was a real fiasco, but Oak Creek Automotive made it not so bad. Very professional, above and beyond helpful, and a really reasonable price for what I needed. The understanding of my situation was a huge factor for writing this. I forgot the various staff's names directly right now, but they were all awesome! Thank you all so much! If I lived near here, this would be my go to mechanic.

Avoid this place for emission testing... Stood waiting in line for about 10 minutes for them to say that they are closed after just finishing up a test. Could have at least had the courtesy to say that they stopped doing testing so I am not wasting my time waiting for nothing.

I spent over $3000 on my 05’ tundra. They told me multiple times that they would call me with updates and never did. I had to call them back several times to know what’s going on. Then when I get there, my driver side door isn’t shutting properly. They tell me it my fault and just need to fix the door myself. You think after spending $3000 they’d be willing to try to figure something out. It seems to be a poorly run shop where no one knows what’s going on. There are a lot of other shops on the same road that value their customers that you can go to.

Bobby was straightforward with the process and informed me of progress along the way. His crew was kind and I trusted them with my car. I needed my brakes and rotors done and was very happy with the results. Car runs great! Didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or upsold on things I did not need. Will use them for future needs!

The guy there was extremely rude and shut the door on my face. I’ve never had another interaction with a human like that before and I work in costumer service. I’m not sure if he was having a day but hope that was just an out of character day for him.

Needed to patch a tire on my winter tires, showed up 20 minutes before closing and they patched it. Nice staff, convenient, would definitely go back.
