I called the pharmacy last week for an over the counter recommendation. The pharmacist was so patient and knowledgeable that what he recommended helped so much with my symptoms. I even went back a 2nd time with my fur baby and daughter and had a great experience. Thanks, Meijer and staff, for having a pet friendly store. Our fur baby (yorkipoo) loved it. I think Meijer has become our future place to shop??

I had to call the store manager and report the Pharmacist BASIL. I went to get a prescription after being seeing in the ED. It was a narcotic so I had to hand him the prescription. He said give me 5 min or so. Hubby and I sat down and could CLEARLY see what he was doing. He filled it, put on the label and never called me up. He waited on 2 other people. I stood by the counter and turned to the next person and said I am going to ask for my prescriptions. He said yes you were here before all of us. I said to the pharmacist BASIL I need my meds. He said ALL OF THESE PEOPLE WERE HERE BEFORE YOU. I was shocked! I said I was sitting waiting and you clearly had them done. The man who was next said you were here before me. BASIL heard him plainly. In December my hubby went to get a flu shot and guess who was there?? BASIL!! NO one was waiting and he told my husband, it will be a 2 HOUR WAIT!!!! He is a TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND POOR EXCUSE FOR A PHARMACIST! You DO NOT DO THAT TO PEOPLE!!! We are going to find a different pharmacy if this issue does not get resolved my the store manager and the head of the pharmacy department!!

DAWN looked at the cost on my prescriptions and said "if you have a moment I can check for a lower price as that seems pretty high". THANK YOU!!! She didn't need to do that, went above and beyond and saved me a lot of money, More businesses need people like Dawn!

Zero stars. Besides the incredibly slow service this pharmacy practices lying and giving false information when they don't meet basic services. In all this pharmacist and business is bad to worse and if you complain they'll call you carrier or Doctor in retaliation.1

Pharmacy unable to deal with technology as a result delayed prescription for weeks. In the end, doctor had to call and help technician read - no joke. Ironically, it was the visiting pharmacist that figured everything out and put a note on the account. Still today (months later) we go through the same issue w/ each refill. I wish I could go elsewhere but options are limited. Disappointing.

Marginally better than CVS or Walgreens, but still not very good. They have some record keeping problems, mixing up first and last names, they call me "Mr. First name," like we are in first grade, and then the refill dates aren't entered correctly. I have to notice I'm running out of pills. They won't call to get them refilled unless I ask them each time. That's a problem for those of us on a lot of prescriptions. They are very understaffed, so when picking up prescriptions, some untrained "tech" will ask, "Do you have any questions?" and if I do, they won't have any answers. It is very hard to call and get help on the phone, a clunky, annoying automated answering system that is very slow. When calling on the main line, once you do get a human, they speak in an inefficient scripted tree that doesn't make sense if you listen too closely. Instead, ignore the nonsense words and phrases and definitely don't listen to the poppycock about how they allegedly care for your health. That induces hypertension.

On hold for 15 minutes for essentialmedication. When I called back, guess what “please hold” and I’m still waiting. Now a total of 35 minutes. Ridiculous - I called after 1pm and before 3 to avoid any potential rush, etc.

Meijers acts like it is all friendly and hometown with their greeters etc. but in reality they are simpletons and rude. The policies are NOT customer friendly, and they do not show care about their customers or losing them.
I just spent three hours in the store and over $300...NO more. Shop TARGET or Menards. Forget the individually owned stores because they obviously forget and could care less about their customers' needs.
So disappointing. It is such a nice building and merch to be wasted.

They're great. When they have medications available...which is never. After my latest prescription once again is not available I'm done. They lost an entire family of consumers

So I went there today with my two kids who were sick and very irritated in their stroller and wasn’t expecting the pharmacist and staff to be so understanding first of all the staff in blue was so kind secondly the pharmacist explained everything to me so well she even gave me tips and cared so much she came out to show me where the children gummies were and read the appropriate dosage I felt so relieved she literally took so much stress away just by being so kind :Thankyou maijers pharmacy

Britney D was rude and mean and some of the rudest customer service I ever received from an employee or person. When I was trying to return something at customer service at oak creek Meijer, Britney D had the nerve or audacity to say to me how I was fraud and how I shoplifted and that I should not be back here or be at the store and she made it seem like she was gonna call cops on me. Like wow that is how you treat customers at your store??? It was the most humiliating and embarrassing thing that a person could do to someone especially a customer!!!

At the Deli counter 5 employees, only one helping customers, 3 customers in line, the other 4 employees were “chatting”! On a Saturday when it’s busy….. Totally unacceptable! This is the worst Meijer.

Truly the best pharmacy, the staff and pharmacist are kind and knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to meet your needs. My doctor was giving me the run around and sending my prescriptions to different pharmacies against my wishes and Meijer pharmacy helped me sort it out. I appreciate them so much!
