Normally wouldn’t write a bad review on a place but feel like today was not handled right. Waiting for 2 hours to check back in after an endoscopy procedure 2 days later and no improvements to be charged another 197 for an exam. Was told another X-ray would be needed to confirm everything was removed and to get on a medication the estimated total was 2,000. After I already paid for the endoscope procedure of 3,000. At first was told the X-ray was not the vets concern but after me saying I didn’t want to go that route because of cost and that it was just a recheck she changed her mind and all of a sudden she felt the X-ray was more needed than she initially was claiming. My fault I should not have came to this location based off it being closer I should have went to the Glendale location they were a lot more understanding and straight forward.

My buddy Kronk…He’s…He’s special. Thankfully we haven’t had to use Blue Pearl for emergency care which is shocking because he will eat EVERYTHING.
We actually went to Blue Pearl because we learned he could donate blood. I never knew that was a possibility, but when our primary vet suggested it, I had to at least give it a try.
Let me tell you, they were so patient and caring with Kronk.
I hope I never have to use them for anything scary, but I’ll definitely come here if I do.

If i could rate them a zero i would. brought my cat in yesterday and waited 2 HOURS when i was the only patient in the waiting room. got told my cat was put on fluids and was “nauseous” misdiagnosed a disease when I ended up bringing her to my regular vet the next day they said she was severely dehydrated when I was told these people gave my poor cat fluids and a nausea injection. Paid a super expensive amount for them to give me poor answers and for the vet to seem like she couldn’t have cared less about my concerns. super disappointed in this place & i wish i could be recompensated for my time and visit. HORRIBLE place do not waste your time. called today asking for a higher up to speak too and some lady claimed that they were closed yesterday? ? when the hours stated they closed at 8pm and I was most definitely there. Discharge paper for proof. This place is a joke- the front desk lady dorothy was a sweet sweet lady though!

I brought my dog in yesterday for a pretty bad open wound on his rear paw. I worked for a 24hr ER animal hospital in the past and am familiar with how the process goes. This facility was very nice, the receptionists and techs were also very friendly. They took my dog back as soon as I came in, I waited in the waiting room for two hours then they put me in an exam room and a tech triaged me, then sat in exam room for another hour until the vet came in. Wait times are expected just like regular emergency rooms. I am understanding of the fact that emergency vet care is a high stress environment, there’s generally a high turnover rate in veterinarians and technicians. Owners are not always reasonable in emergency situation. I guess I was just a little turned off by Dr Thompson’s attitude. I felt like my questions were being rushed, she wasn’t very thorough or personable. She might have been having an off day and I try to be understanding of that and she did listen to my concerns about him being a high energy breed so we were able to agree on a med combo to keep him quiet for a few days. I can’t doc stars for costs because it is emergency care so it’s expensive nonetheless. All in all I’m just happy my best friend is all patched up, and taken care of, and taking the best nap of his life for the next 3 days

The staff at Blue Pearl were all wonderful. All were pleasant and professional. Our doctor and tech were friendly, kind, listened and shared useful information regarding Molly’s health and tests.

Dr Fleming has been a life saver for our little dog Bella and our family. We struggled for 1 1/2 years, visiting ERs every 6 weeks for Bella’s vomiting, diarrhea and dehydration, without any hope of resolution. Dr Fleming diagnosed the problem and treated Bella, including remotely managing her chronic condition and being available whenever we needed advice. I don’t know what we would have done without her and the caring team at Blue Pearl. We are truly grateful.

Brought my dog here last week as he wasn’t acting right, he has a history of anal gland issues so I brought him in. The told me his glands were fine and they also “did a back and neck exam and didn’t find anything wrong that could be causing pain”. 2 days later he was diagnosed with IVDD at a different ER vet. Will never bring my dog here again!!

From the reception to the vets, they were so compassionate with my mom and my schnauzer, Whiskey. My mom had to unfortunately put him down, and they did everything they could to make him comfortable in his last moments and even called her the following day to check on how I was doing. They gave us a beautiful wooden box with his remains. All of these services were affordable and worth much more than a price tag.

They were amazing. They treat my dog like she was there own. They gave me compassion and let me cry when I need it. Thankfully my dog was good. But they were so amazing. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

I have used the care here many times for several of my pets, this team checks every box in satisfaction every time. The kindness, empathy, knowledge, and professionalism cannot be beat. I am grateful for pet insurance as medical care across the nation has drastically increased throughout the years, but it is worth every penny. They make it clear that the pets best interest is always the number one priority. Caliber went in recently with a laceration on his chest. Dr. Thompson and the team did a fantastic job fixing him up and getting him back to doing what he loves. Thank you Bluepearl team for all that you do for our family!

The Blue Pearl staff were all incredibly kind, attentive and helpful while our dog had GI distress. Our take home information, including our dog’s official diagnosis, gave us a great laugh ☺️
