Called here spoke with Ricky he knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to help me find them and make sure he had them in stock. I Appreciate Ricky for know his stuff.”

Quality work , and less than what I expected to pay for repairs.Love how the stores arranged with lots of items on sale. “This may be one of the most organized stores for tools in the area. The place is well lit. The prices are clearly posted. Check out is human, helpful and courteous. I've been to several big box stores lately, looking for something. Each place has some variation, but service, information, and price didn't line up. Got it at Harbor Freight at the right price and all my questions answered.”
“My absolute favorite hardware store. The owner always really knows his stuff. they train their staff pretty well as well, I always get good service at Douglas hardware .whatever I have a plumbing issue to fix, there is no other store I'd rather go to.”

“We have remodeled 3 bathrooms and have chosen to use Do It Yourself Bathroom Center all three times. The staff is very professional and they definitely know and understand their products. They listened to my thoughts, made suggestions, pointed out pros and cons of various products and allowed me to take samples of products home. Remodeling is not just aesthetics; DIY staff understand the specifics of plumbing. They capably pulled out several catalogs, and with ease, pointed out fixtures they thought I might like and without missing a beat, they pointed out parts that I didn’t even know that I needed. We ordered a custom made shower floor. Again, they made recommendations and suggestions. We followed their advice and were very pleased with the product which arrived at the expected delivery date as did all of the products that we purchased. The store is small and mighty; I spotted a display of towel bars, cleverly designed towel holders and a unique mirror. I was able to either order them or take them right off the wall and put them up in my remodeled bathrooms. I would highly recommend Do It Yourself Bathroom Center.Service: Remodeling”
“Ciro and Debra were AMAZING. I came looking for a large piece of plywood for a project but honestly had no idea what I was even looking for once I walked in. I was having kind of a hectic start to the day with my toddler so I was dreading making this trip but needed to get out of the house. I looked a bit confused and some guy (and i’m sorry for not remembering his name, younger white guy with short hair and some stubble) saw I was confused and he offered to help. Ciro then came over and took it from there to find and cut the wood. Ciro and Debra were so kind to my son. His mood changed when Ciro let him watch the wood being cut, he loved being apart of it. Ciro helped me with the huge slab of wood up to the counter where I met Debra. She engaged with my son as well, she was so sweet and has a great sense of humor. Ciro helped load it into my car and said to ask for him if he needed any other wood cut in the future. You can tell he likes to be there and strives to help the customers with a great attitude. I highly recommend this Lowes as they have very personable and knowledgeable workers. I hope management sees this and rewards them for the customer service they provide.”

“This place has improved a thousand percent since new owners purchased it and took over. Lighting is great where it used to be dark and dingy and you have people who actually want to help you. I have gone to their other ace hardware store in South Milwaukee and I really like that place too. I will definitely shop here again”

“Came here looking for patio furniture, and grass seed. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. The store was immaculate, and shelves/isles were very well stocked/organized. Definitely great management, and it shows. Prices were very competitive and reasonable. Check out was quick & convenient.”

“Trust me I have NEVER gushed about a big box home improvement place until now. I think there might be a new manager because I heard this woman making sure that all of the associates were greeting all of the guests. Fantastic! They are well staffed and if you ask where to find something you get an immediate response and sometimes they will take you to the aisle to find the product. Years ago this location was a ghost town and you had to hunt down people - now they are available in almost every location. They had an awesome sale on mulch so I needed 50 bags purchased over two trips. Each time a nice kid would help me load the truck because it is back breaking to lift those bags. Today I drove my heavy cart down the wrong aisle and had to load my car from the cart that was hanging in the other row. An associate saw me struggling, pulled my cart over the curb and again helped me load my car! Kudos to HD for a great improvement experience. Also next time you are there notice that each area of the store has a different vibe. People doing home improvements aren't as happy as the people shopping the garden aisle!”

“I went to Tri-state to get a hydraulic hose and coupler. They replaced my hose attached the coupler and gave me a cup of coffee all in under 10 mins. All that at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any and all of you hydraulic equipment needs. Will be doing business with them for now on out.”
