Awesome ! totally they have the best Chicken in Milwaukee. Trust me. Go to the Kwik Trip on S 27th and W College ( southeast corner of intersection )

Kwik Trip Persian: Kwik Trip is a regional convenience store/gas station that is found in WI and MN as well as Il and IA (but under the name Kwik Star). A Pershing is a doughnut that is similar to a cinnamon roll, but is made with doughnut batter. The cinnamon flavor is subtle, but I could see the cinnamon granules in the dough after taking a few bites. I found the dough to have a nice thick and chewy texture while also being light and pillowy, It is topped with what Kwik Trip calls cinnamon roll frosting, which in other words is cream cheese frosting. The cream cheese frosting was plentiful and sweet. Topping it off was a chocolate drizzle, which only served an aesthetic purpose. I was impressed by how fresh this pastry was for a "gas station" treat. It was the first bakery item I've tried from Kwik Trip, but it won't be the last. Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews

A very busy, but clean and well maintained Kwik Trip. I've bought grocery here (onions and bananas are cheapest here!), and they were always fresh. And most Kiwk Trips I've been to were manned by very friendly people. This one was no exception. I called in today because I wanted to know if they had a car wash at this location and whether it was open (our weather is just above freezing today, and I believe they close when it's too cold). The guy on the phone -Mike, I believe - was one of the friendliest service personnel I've talked to since covid19. If only everyone were this nice when I want to order food to go! So the carwash was open, and there were only 2 cars ahead of me when I went. I really like that both garages had the option to go with or without brush. That evens out the lines much nicer. Seemed like everyone had the elite car washes, though, and it still took a while. But I came out with a specking clean car, so perfectly happy. Get your elite car wash in packs of 10 and they're only $6 each. Totally worth it!

Love that Kwik Trip now has locations closer to the city (Milwaukee). This location is easily accessible if you take the city bus (Purple Line), you don't need a vehicle at all which is awesome. Though this branch is very busy during the weekdays due to its location, its service is fast and team members are AWESOME. They don't mind engaging in small conversation with you, and offering assistance if you need it. Always fresh coffee (say yes to Kona Dark Roast!) as well as food/condiments. Though sometimes my favorite donuts aren't always available [powder lemon donuts ;) which are pretty popular] they always have many other alternatives for me to pick from. I have never left this place unsatisfied, and never had anything stolen from me though sometimes I leave my backpack or shopping bags right by the door, very secure place (they'll keep an eye on it if you choose not to put behind counter). Smiles are abundant here, and Cynthia has great advice if you ever ask (love the berry vine tea they have here!), and also willing to share knowledge and history of the company if you happen to be interested. God blesses the people who work here with life, strength, and dedication, I pray for every one of them. I really hope we have a Kwik Trip with them in heaven! :) P.S The Lord put it on my heart to write this lengthy review, my hands didn't really want to do it (the flesh wars against the spirit, but the spirit won!), I'm grateful everyday I get to enjoy this location and the people who work here. Hope this helps in your decision to enjoy the same in any way possible. -Jamal

How am I the first to review this busy busy Kwik Trip? It's in a serendipitous location, 27th and College, 2 minutes off I-94 (west of the expressway). Free tire air, which is a nice throwback. Good coffee, good fuel prices, quick service and the selection of good both hot and groceries is much more than any other gasoline station. They are better stocked for groceries than most neighborhood groceries. The only problem with this location is the location, it's always busy. You'll still get in and out pretty fast but you won't always be able to pull right up to a pump or walk right up to an open cashier as would happen at all the other Kwik Trip locations.
