Horrible gas pumps and the owner told my mom to move back one, and she did and then then the screen kept glitching. They seriously need to fix their pumps! In the winter it’s cold!

Makes getting fuel more confusing than it needs to be. The new pumps are hard to figure out, which pump goes to what type of fuel. Need to specify what handle goes with what fuel type. I just left and got gas somewhere else.

Repairs were going on and basket lifts were parked in the way hindering pumps. Pump hose was too short to reach my inlet. Had to move my car. Newest pumps are totally touch screen and confusing. Not amused.

I stopped going to a different BP because their pumps would play advertising an insanely high volume. Now this location has the newest version of these horrific gas pumps. No thank you!

Seems to be that their loyalty program never works here. Also there are no prices on any of the items sold inside. Just got remodeled pumps but people who go here towards night are creepy.
