Horrible. Keep getting harassment calls from banker Simi Bajwa. Called branch few months ago and asked for calls to stop. Then Simi decided to harass my husband. Today I got another call from her. I get it banking might be slow now but when somebody ask you to STOP harassing them then STOP!!!!

Went to get my new card and the banker seemed angry. Made it super uncomfortable. Told me my card was activated and had me choose my my pin. Went to the gas station right after and couldn’t use the card. Called customer service and the card was never activated. Not sure what his deal was but definitely will just be driving out of my way to deal with another branch.

I've banked with Bmo Harris for almost 20 years(IL branch) I relocated to AL for Work/Family and didn't want to go through the hassle switching banks.I've never had any issues with C.S until I moved to AL. With every problem, it turns into a bigger matter.(this is not to brow beat c.s)After reaching out to a few of the higher ups, they connected me to Michelle Samolyk, when I say she has been amazing to deal with, and get things done... That she will.....and all with exceptional customer care....This EP, Illinois girl... by way of AL.... really appreciate you Michelle ?

Horrible some one linked my debit card to my ex-husbands account. I used the card for 125.00. When my ex contacted me I followed up with the bank. They put the money back into his account BUT my ex without telling me had fraud charges against the merchant. I am out the 125.00

Always a long wait time even when there is no one in line , I’m not sure why only two drive thru lines , they mine as well only have one tho because one is always broken or shut down . It makes the bank seem unkept and not well managed .

If I could give zero stars I would. The employees here appear to be incompetent. They make ALOT of mistakes. If handling money is your job you shouldn't be making so many errors. The business I work for uses this location but if it were for my personal account, I'd never come here. A few days ago they messed up our change order which resulted in my boss making a 2nd trip there from Franklin for nothing. Today they refused to give us some money straps. They're just not nice. If you're looking for good service or fast and friendly employees, don't go here.

Let's say I needed a Snickers bar...I had not yet gone full Joe Pesci and I wouldn't because Taylor is a champion. She read the room,well, me,and was prompt and professional. Good service is great to see. Gold star for Taylor today!

I actually use the BMO Bank in Caledonia and it has great service. Occassionally I use the Oak Creek location and they have the same great service. Whichever location you go to the people are kind and professional.

Excellent customer service! The branch manager at the Cudahy office wouldn't provide me with a very basic service so I went to Oak Creek where they were able to help me right away and with a smile on their faces. Taylor R was OUTSTANDING and the epitome of what customer service should look like.
