I been renting from Blue Sky since August beside the location is convenient to me, this is the cleanest and the best storage I seen in the area best security and gated. The customer service is Beyond what I can explain . I was there yesterday I have a unit outside my lock was frozen the temperature was below zero I couldn’t go back to the office I called them I told the lady at the front desk that my lock is frozen she came walking in the freezing weather and brought W40 and some tools she opened my lock I couldn’t thank her enough. In this place they go out of their way to help their customers Thank you Blue Sky.

I was a customer while they were still called Cube Smart. Everything was running smooth until they transitioned under a new ownership and now called Blue Sky Self Storage.The transition has been a nightmare for their customers! There have been an extreme lack of communication from management. Their phone lines are constantly busy. Their website (especially for payment) has changed twice since they took over a month ago. Absolutely no communication on the website changes. Their new site looks like a complete scam and geared towards the owners/management. It is not consumer facing and a complete mess. I live out of town and I'm concerned my items are probably not even in safe keeping anymore.Also, extremely upset no communication was given ahead of time about new ownership and the price increase as well!!!
