The morning manager that works there is useless. When looking for an oil filter, she was telling me it was not there, but her coworker found it. I had a damaged one I was looking to exchange but she wouldn't exchange it unless I bought another one. She really needs to go. She can't even do core exchanges without causing a headache.

James and Kyle at the Ryan Rd location are fantastic. They went out of their way to explain to me why my vehicle issue might not be what I thought. They were able to quickly diagnose and make the fix to my electrical issue there on the spot. The willingness to provide technical detail proved to me they genuinely care about helping their customers. Recommend!

James is the most helpful employee I've ever worked with. Battery died and he replaced it and it was an ordeal getting it out. He also replaced my terminal and I couldn't be more thankful.

I had the BEST experience at this AutoZone! I was having problems with my car, and James helped me right away. He scanned my car with the Fix Finder and made sure it was fixed within the same day. Also, he made sure I got the best price and understood everything very well! I truly appreciated his excellent customer service and how much he seemed to care. Thank you, James!

Went in on a Monday night after work. I had the most one-on-one attention from both of the employees. The first employee wasn’t sure, but asked his other employee for assistance. I felt comfortable asking many other questions on other car related topics. James is the second employee that i asked those other car related questions. But the first employee cared about my issues also. I apologize I didn’t get first employees his name. Based on customer service, knowledge, patience- I will go back there in a heartbeat and recommend you do to.

I just want to give a huge shout out to James the PSM here, it was below zero outside and I couldn't get my windshield wipers unfroze they were stuck , James figured out a way to not only remove my windshield blades from sticking but offered a better pair for a few move dollars so I wouldn't run into the same problem in the future We all know Winter in Wisconsin is no joke, so I agreed purchased them and he installed them in .2 seconds and I was on the road safely again, when I say I can not describe how grateful I am to know that excellent managers like James that do exist and go beyond his normal job duties to have helped me it reallyade me a customer for life at this location.Protect that man like gold !!! Mind u I stopped at one other AutoZone and they told me there was nothing they could do to help me , and when I stopped off of 27th & Ryan scared and in tears James jumped into action and helped me to not only get home safely but avoid the issue again in the future !!!u are truly amazing !!!!

James and Alex helped me fix my windshield wipers after a big chunk of ice flew off of this stupid lady’s car at my windshield on the freeway and broke them. They were very kind and made me feel a lot better after assuring me they fixed them! Great staff at this location!

words cannot express how thankful I am for James - I was traveling with my daughters from out of state, and had issues with my car (on a Sunday in the middle of severe weather). He saw that I was a nervous wreck and calmed me down and simply was a wonderful person being kind and helped me resolve my problem and gave me additional directions in the event they were needed on the remainder of my travels home. He was a blessing in that moment and on that day. I've always had great experiences at Auto Zones, and this is one of the many reasons why I/we continue to be customers. James went beyond customer service that day - he was a neighbor, a kind person, who simply saw another person in need of help. It was a simple fix on almost any persons list of things to do, and in truth and hind sight, I laugh at the blubbering idiot I was that day - but at that moment, it was the end of my rope and scared. He recognized that and was just great. Thank you James (& Stacy) for just being kind and calming a mom's frantic mind. The world would be a better place if we only had a few more people like James. <3

Lady who is always there hates her life, makes you feel unwelcome. Very rude makes you feel like your asking stupid questions and refuses to help in any way. Lazy and rude
