May 1st I contacted about my tractor clutch pin breaking. Damion said he would be out the next day or the day after to look at. At this point we were communicating through IM... then after a couple days I called him. He explained it might need to be hauled to his shop and he would do all that. Then I heard nothing from him. I was reaching out and nothing. He was aware I have one tractor and he told me it wouldn't be a problem getting to it right away. I had my bf call him to see if he would pick up knowing a different number calling. Damion did. My bf asked about the tractor if he came to look at it. Damion said yes, it had to be towed because he thought it was the transmission. Damion said he would call me that night and never to this day did. There were no tracks in the mud from anyone looking at my tractor so I don't think he ever came over, who knows?? I sent pics and video of the rod that broke for the clutch to St. Joes. They said Quinn I 100% guarantee that it's NOT the transmission its only the rod for the clutch. They ordered me the new rod for 51 bucks. My sales rep Todd came over and put it on. Adjusted the clutch and done. Damion lack of communicating sucks to be bold. Going to haul my tractor saying it's the transmission and only the clutch rod.
I used him 4 to 5 years ago and all good. I don't understand what's going on now

I have been going to Dingers in Norwalk for a while now. He does great work on our vehicles and has towed us home many times. We are very grateful to have such a great person in our community who cares about people and making sure our lives are not on hold for long due to a down vehicle.

945am Feb 22Driving east bound on 21Ignorant driver from this place cut me off real badIm in the trade of construction and pulling a trailer with icy snow conditions and tbis driver had no care !!!No license licenseplate on the truck. What so everHorrible !!
