It was my 1st time at Create S&S and how fortunate I was to have Sophie as my stylist! I provided a picture and we talked. More importantly, Sophie listened and worked with me. I am growing out my hair (ugh!) and I love how Sophie styled my hair in this in-between stage!

honestly have never had a good experience here. i try to keep an open mind and recognize that i could just not be communicating what i want well enough, despite having pictures and reasonable expectations (like not asking to go platinum from dark brown) and each time i have left with disappointment. two colors by different stylists have been completely botched, not at all the colors we selected when they brought the books out to pick shades (i asked for a natural root melt with my natural light brown and it was orange, second time i asked for a balayage and had very tiny highlights that were hardly visible) and one haircut looked as though a toddler went ham on my head. i wish i was someone who could approach the problem directly and speak to an owner about fixing the issues, but i just left and got it fixed elsewhere, giving up on trying to find a stylist there. i’ve seen some phenomenal work and i’m sure the stylists i haven’t tried are great, but 3 attempts with three different people was enough for me. but with that being said, i haven’t been there for a few years and hope these experiences were just flukes and not a representation of the entire business.Services: Haircut

Had a tattoo that I wanted covered for a wedding. Was reassured multiple times that it was highly doable and would not be an issue. Comes to my wedding day and the artist didn’t even come close to covering it. Very disappointed as this is something we had discussed multiple times prior to my actual wedding day. Lying to a customer is not good practice.
