First off, I really liked my provider as a doctor and as a human being.However, I was charged 2 fees for 1 visit and no one at customer support can explain what about my annual physical was considered more than preventative care. My insurance only covers 1 preventative care visit a year and the extra "office visit" charge is $200 out of my own pocket.I've been dealing with customer service since August (It's October). My claim was supposedly reviewed, but still, no explanation other than that they believe the claim was accurate. All I want is for someone to give me a legitimate reason for the additional charge. I guess they are just trying to make up for the loss of non-essential care appointments during the pandemic any way they can. Unfortunately, that means sticking it to their patients.
