Reading the other reviews leads me to believe those people may have been searching for “something”. My wife’s FIRST appointment with the Dr gave us more info and care than her previous 7 appointments with nuerology and other specialists. The nurse was very informative as well and the Dr was very straight fwd and extremely thorough. We left with an exhale we haven’t had in 6 mos with the other appointments. Highly recommend this clinic.

They are the worst. No patient courtesy whatsoever. Got upset because my paperwork wasn't done 30 minutes before the app. My wife had it almost done and they wouldn't see her. Now I know why the parking lot is always empty. Stay away from this place. Look at their reviews. 2.9. you can tell they don't care about their patients. Go the extra miles to Green Bay. Aurora Bay care is awesome.

Dr Liao wasn't able to diagnose where my pain was originating from after 2 visits so she told my primary care doctor that my pain was psychological! 0/5 Terrible experience.

Dr. Liao wouldn't even see me. I've been struggling with migraines & found out my neck is in pretty bad shape as well so I scheduled an appointment hoping some injections could help. Or at least talk to a Dr. to find out if it was possible. She was going to be gone so my appt. was scheduled 6 wks out. They called a few wks before my appt. stating that Dr. Liao looked over my records & thinks I'd benefit more at a bigger facility. I don't think she was expecting my response to be that I just came from Mayo Clinic & was recommend to find someone local to try injections, bc she repeated the exact same thing to me as if scripted. I said, I don't understand, I'm trying to follow the recommendations from a "bigger facility". This woman clearly struggled to give me some sort of answer, "she doesn't think she can help your headache". I said that's not the only problem I'm having. I was given no good answer as to why I was being denied an appointment to see a doctor to look at my films & get a professional opinion. I'm not asking for meds. Normally they're shoving these injections down your throat like they're good for u..So now I'm supposed to try & drive a few hundred miles bc that's the next possible option? Forget it.. They wonder why ppl don't want to take care of themselves (especially locally), how discouraging.

Great place to get pain treatment without having to take opiates. I'd rather go this route than go back to pain pills. Dr. Liao is awesome and her staff is caring and compassionate.

Both appointments I had Dr. Singh and he was phenomenal. Nursing staff was wonderful and compassionate.

Dr Vijay Singh actually turned down additional treatments and sent me to a larger center where My re Kidney cancer was eventually found. Without Dr. Singh I would be stage 4 a with an 8% chance of survival, instead they caught it and removed my kidney and the lesion. I had a Papillary Renal Cell Carcinoma type 2. Thank you Dr. Singh!

I have had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Katherine Liao for over a year now. I have received excellent care from Dr. Liao. I find her to be caring, compassionate, empathetic, and understanding to her patients needs. I find her to be quite competent and skillful. I totally trust Dr. Liao and her staff to give me quality care. I highly recommend Dr. Liao at Spine Pain Diagnostics associates ! 5 Stars !!!
