We came from southern Michigan on a long trip to nearby Norway. When coming through Escanaba, we heard the tell-tale signs of tired rear brake pads in need of changing. While that is fairly ordinary and Breeze was able to do the work well, Jason assured us that we could get the fix done while still in Norway, and all for a more-than-fair price. Jason’s customer service, kindness, and attention to detail in letting us know an update at every turn were beyond notice and certainly appreciated. Breeze Auto more than earns five stars from me.

Our UTV battery went dead just south of Niagra. We called and asked if they had a battery, but no luck. Pierre said hold on, I'll call our other store, they did have one and brought from Iron Mountain to Niagra. We were good to go in less than an hour!! EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
