About 2 weeks ago I visited the shop because I had broke the bead on a front tire for my tractor. Upon walking in I handed the tire which they (Jeremiah) promptly grabbed for me and said "hey no problem we'll get this taken care of for you. Should only take 5 minutes." Mind you this all happened with absolutely no appointment ahead of time. Once they got done with everything they reseated the tire and gave it back to me and said have a nice day. Now I'm not saying I'm giving them a five-star just because they gave me something for free but rather they took the time to give great and amazing customer service when they didn't have to to make sure that my little tire was taken care of even though their shop was super busy. You typically don't get customer service like this in most places that makes you feel like you're in a mom and pop store again. Great job guys keep it up!

Just bought a BX2680 with multiple attachments for it. Michael was terrific to work with- very knowledgeable about the machines & the best ways to use them, made sure I got the proper attachments for what I needed, and after a hiccup with shipping a part for the set up, delivered my unit after hours to work with my schedule. Can't recommend them enough- I will definitely be back! Thanks again for everything!

So excited to have finally pulled the trigger on a BX23S. Cory helped a ton explaining the differences between different models for the needs I had. And then made the purchase super easy. Ultimately personally delivering my new tractor and showing me the ropes. A1 customer service. Don't look elsewhere if you need a tractor!

Follow up to my recent review... I just recently had an issue with my tractor's brush hog. Although it happened to be the end of the day on Friday, Cory and his staff went out of their way to try to assist in getting me the proper part as well as even bringing it into the service bay to assist. Ultimately I ended up purchasing a new brush hog and am happy with the result. Thank you again for great service!

I recently purchased a new L4060 Kubota tractor from Lochen equipment. They were very helpful with the whole process and even delivered it to my home and made sure I was comfortable with everything I needed to know. Bought a Kubota T2290 KWT lawn mower through Cory. Delivery was as promised and transaction was straightforward. Mower runs great, cuts great and initially seems like there’s a lot more power and beef as compared to my old Deere…..I’m happy with my decision to purchase from Lochen.

Lochen equipment has exceeded our expectations multiples times over the past 2 years- and they have our business for years to come. Cory and Todd came out to our off the grid cabin on Chamber’s Island and installed a back ordered backhoe thumb last week. Talk about above and beyond. We had a great buying experience with Cory at Lochen! He not only got us the tractor we wanted, he was able to track down all the equipment and attachments we wanted as well! We had a special circumstance, which required the tractor to be delivered, ready to barge to an island. Cory said, "no problem!" And when it came time to install the backhoe thumb, Cory and Todd came to our island in Door County personally and installed it! They were absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend them enough. Great service and extremely accommodating!
