I got a pedicure yesterday and basically paid to sit in pain and have toes that almost looked worse when I left. The tech was so rough with my cuticles, used his finger nail to dig at my toes, didn’t get any calluses, and I’m pretty sure he used a used brush. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I left in pain because of how rough and careless he was, yet somehow it looked like he didn’t do anything! My boyfriend’s tech showed up 20 minutes late yet somehow she finished his pedi at the same time mine ended. I had to go home and touch up the polish and fix my cuticles, which he didn’t remove all of the old polish either. Very unprofessional and a waste of money and time.

I had the lady put another coat of color otherwise you could’ve seen through the nail. My nails looked like they had a weeks worth of growth when they were finished and the color didn’t even stay on for 24 hours before it started peeling off!

Had pedicure today, and the lady was very rough and no customer service, granted her coworker just sat on the couch in the back instead of helping her, so that she could be friendlier. I won't be back.

Update: Getting really negative feedback from friends and family about my nails like color is awful, look like press ons. $35 manicure somehow became $65 when I went to pay.First time here.The techs are very nice but my color was way off.I picked a light lavender chrome and my nails are blue. They do charge extra to clean up your cuticles. Granted, mine were a mess but my regular place doesn't charge $7 extra.

I had a very poor experience. Me and my mom and my cousin went, they ended up cutting our cuticles and told me to “toughen up”. I will not be returning. Workers were rough and unfriendly. The environment was clustered and i will not be returning. We asked for acrylics and they refused.

Would NOT recommend this place. Very small selection of dip gel and the workers were not nice. I had to get a regular gel manicure instead of a dip because their selection was so small.They didn’t really file my nails, didn’t cut the cuticles, and the colors didn’t match the selection colors. They did the bare minimum and they didn’t even lotion my hands or anything. Honestly this was by far the worst experience and worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. This was my first time at the nail salon and I will be the last time. There was nothing nice or relaxing about this experience. Also prices were different than what they told me over the phone.Don’t waste your money here!

i went in today to get my nails done and the guy who did them was really nice and kind and he didn't take a ton of time like a lot of people do and it turned out really good and cute!

i came here to get my nails done a few days ago. i’m going to a concert and was wanting to get my nails done. i normally go to a different nail salon but didn’t have time to go to my normal nail salon. i gave this place a try hoping for beautiful nails because of the great reviews. my nails came out bulky, not a pretty shape, nail polish streaks, nails looked nothing like what i asked for, and polish all over the cuticle.
