“I grew up in New Richmond and have gone to this store through all its change of names and owners. I visit from out of state and my mother uses the store pharmacy. The store is clean and has always had a friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, today an employee stationed at the self-checkout must have been having a bad day. I thought that the employee is not only there to make sure the customer doesn’t shoplift/fail to pay, but to provide FRIENDLY assistance to the shopper. That was not the case today. Commanding, displaying impatience was not helpful. As I said, he must of been having a bad day. Surely the employees are trained in appropriate customer assistance practices.”

“There were at least 10 people in line when I arrived and I waited for less than five minutes to chat with a pharmacy tech. I interacted with Cora, Chase, and Ben during my visit. All three were incredibly polite, kind, and helpful. I don’t love Walmart as a company, but this one has a great pharmacy staff, and I appreciate the exceptional customer service.”
