They trimmed my neighbor's trees. They went onto our property and driveway without permission, tearing up the grass, marked up our driveway, broke the wiring to our underground electric dog fence, and broke a decorative ceramic mushroom we made. I called the company and she asked for pics which I sent. The owner of the company called me within the hour. He apologized and said the workers should have come to our door for permission at the bare minimum. He then said he would repair the dog fence, and agreed to buying a gift certificate to replace the ceramic mushroom. 20 days later they have not contacted us to get our invisible fence repaired, or to replace our damaged/broken property.

WOW! Totally impressed how they removed a huge tree from my front yard (close to my house) with such efficiency!!…and left the surrounding area clean and undamaged!

We had several large trees close to our house to be removed. Circumstances came up that morning and neither one of us were able to be home at the time of the service. NWI was punctual, removed the trees, cleaned up and were competed with in an amazingly fast time. We came home, trees were gone and trimmed up, yard was raked. There was no damage to the lawn, yard, driveway, or boulevard, the street was even swept up. Over all communication was wonderful, job was amazing and above all we trust NWI. I would recommend NWI to anyone when your comparing companies I doubt you will be disappointed.

Extremely friendly management and crew. treat our property and cleanup as if it were their own. prompt service and expert results. I would highly recommend them to provide their service to anyone in need. From my first phone call to NWI, tree removal and stump grinding, every single person I encountered has been excellent! I would high recommend NWI, the price is very reasonable and fair. I had 3 other quotes and NWI came in with the most fair! All staff is super friendly and professional! They left my yard very clean after the removal and stump grinding. We recommend to any needing tree services done.

Tree removal and brush cleanup done quickly, clean and efficient. I am very pleased with the results as they surpassed my expectations. This was my phase 1 and will certainly have them in for my phase 2 this Summer or Fall. I highly recommend!!
