David is probably one of the few decent owners you'll meet, unfortunately he's plagued with an awful sales team. The sales managers have bigger heads than the kids from the 'airhead' commercials.
Best advice you'll get, shop elsewhere. They don't want you, they want your $. Hopefully David can get some decent people in the car business but apparently that's been a challenge this dealership has faced for years.

I had service performed on my 2002 Ford F-250 Diesel and was very impressed with the friendly staff and appointment desk. I had both batteries replaced and an oil change while I went to breakfast. The work was complete including a multipoint inspection, before I got back to the dealership. I would definitely take my truck back to Johnson Ford of New Richmond.

Got a call from Jay about finding us a Mustang GT P w/6 sp. Found one had it transfer to Johnson Ford picked it up a few days later. Easy to work with and was able to get answers to the questions we had. Very satisfied!
