The technician was very professional & identified the nicks in my windshield had already been filled. He didn't try to push for a new windshield installation. Honesty is hard to find these days. Highly recommend.

A+++ Replaced my truck windshield when another major company claimed they wouldnt, were super easy to work with and friendly. Windshield and work looks amazing, the tech even solved a door squeek while they had it. Will always return for future glass replacement!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Would 0 star if I could. They bid me $8,000 to install a $600 piece of piece of glass. They only do straight cuts, won't even notch an L nor a outlet opening. They were rude and demeaning, unfriendly and not knowledgeable whatsoever. I've had 3 projects completed by them and they were all sub-par. Should have cut them myself. Save your money and buy tools or go somewhere else. This company charges diamonds for coal.

I'm about two-thirds done with my transaction with Indianhead Glass and I am happy with the service I have received this far.My son broke a window in my bedroom by accident so I called them to schedule a quote.The man I spoke to on the phone was helpful and polite. They were able to get a tech out in about a week to take some measurements. The tech was kind and charismatic. He told my kiddo a story about how he broke a window when he was young and grew up to be a glass tech.The same day I got a call with my free quote and it was an affordable price so I decided to go with their services. It should be another two weeks before my new window is installed.Edit: my new window was delivered and installed today. The same tech who came out and took measurements installed it. He was very nice and professional and got the work done quickly. Thanks!

Had my windshield replaced and it was not put on correctly. One side is raised by about 1/2 inch allowing water to get into the engine bay. They wouldn’t fix or redo the job properly. This is also after they broke the wiper arm. They said the wiper arm was rusted. Originally I was letting go of the wiper issue, however, them not willing to fix the job they did made the whole experience costly and disappointing. Apparently they are not familiar with dealing with rust and offered no compensation for there damages.This is not the first time my household has had a improper windshield installed. When this happened the last time, they said the guy no longer works there and wouldn’t happen again. Two of the three windshields were installed incorrectly.I regret keeping my purchase locally out of convenience. Highly recommended finding another shop!Service: Auto windshield replacement
