Stay clear of Dai Green. Did my taxes wrong and had to figure them out myself. She said would put in for refund of her charges but found out she never did. Had to go thru corporate headquarters to get refunfd.

I don't feel that my taxes were handled very professionally.
And it sounds like they take your taxes and paperwork to other locations to work on them, and I feel that is an issue or it could be an issue. What if somebody got in an accident or lost my paperwork..... With all the identity theft going on in the world, I see that being not very professional.

Been having Adam S doing my taxes for years and so has my entire family. He has over 29 years of tax experience and has always been able to get me my maximum refund possible and explain what changed over the years, especially this year having gotten way less than half back of what I’m used to and he was able to show due my increased income how if affected my return. I appreciated being able to see just how/why more of my money went to taxes and would not be coming back to me. He also was able to recommend what the best route would likely be to fill out the W4 tax form with when I switch to a new job soon to be sure I won’t owe next year. I followed his advice many years ago about having a little extra each paycheck paid out to federal, and this year that extra $20 a paycheck was the only reason I’m getting any sort of refund and didn’t end up owing. He truly is one of the absolute best tax representatives and I wouldn’t trust anyone else except for him and his team at the New Richmond office there to help me with all my tax related needs. He truly is a professional when it comes to taxes! I’m sure mine are a cake walk compared to others but he still does his best!
