Been a customer since moving to the area 5 years ago, and this is the best pharmacy I've ever had. Consistently caring, efficient service, and the pharmacist is just excellent. They've even helped me unsnarl insurance issues.

I have been with Family Fresh Pharmacy since Pamida closed and everything was transferred tto FF They are the best! Always friendly, and the prices cannot be beat. I would not go anywhere else.They also give flu shots and covid shots, and others that seniors need, so we dont have to go somewhere else. Its a great Pharmacy.

We came here for pediatric Covid immunizations that were available immediately after approval when our regular clinic didn’t offer them. Now my kids insist on having Pharmacist Andy and his “magic bandaids” for their immunizations! We were back today for another booster and appreciate your efficient care!

I decided to give Dicks grocery a try. I was always dissatisfied with Family fresh and was hoping to see some changes. Unfortunately this little store is still a hot mess. A few of my issues from just today: Prices at point of sale not matching what is listed on the shelf (Two dollars higher). I tried to do self check out but when one of my items wouldn't ring up because it wasn't in their system there was no one around for 5 minutes to help me. So I abandoned the checkout and moved to a regular checkout lane. When I did the cashier just stared at me weirdly instead of letting me know that she was in the middle of ringing up someone else. That person had gone in search of another item to purchase with her other item. It was not obvious and the cashiers lack of engagement was awkward. I almost put some buttermilk in my cart that was set to expire tomorrow, so if you choose to shop here check the dates.

have never had a problem with them. very nice staff. they also helped me get a lower medication payment since i've been having problems with my insurance.

I can't fathom how this business has 5 stars. Literally every time I shop here, they are out of SOMETHING I need. And no, this is not due to the pandemic, because this has been going on for YEARS. It's like they have no idea how to order stock. On top of that, they don't bother to enforce the mask mandate. So not only do they have no idea how to keep product in stock, they also don't seem to care at all about keeping themselves or their customers safe. It's pretty disappointing that River Falls has 2 grocery stores, yet if you want to have a good shopping experience you end up having to drive to Hudson. But I guess I'll waste the gas since I seem to have to go to multiple places to find what I want anyway. You are no longer getting my money Family Fresh. And you certainly do not deserve 5 stars.

I switched from one of the BIG branded pharmacy’s to here and I could not be happier. The medication I take is very rare but Andy was able to get it in no problem. They are so friendly and helpful here, I call up a few days prior to refill and they order it and comes in the next day. I am so glad I switched. They treat you like a human not like just another customer. Thanks Family Fresh/New Richmond

Wow wow wow!!! Great in store deals that I didn't see in the ad!!!!! The bakery is my biggest reason for going. The cakes are always beautiful and so tasty I always see what they have in the special glass case as it's so much fun. And every time I ask for fresh baked bread the bakers always give me that mornings freshest. The manager is always smiling and upbeat and says hello every time she sees me. The Meat department has the best cut meats around. It's always fresh and cut right. Luke is the man I see most and he has always been so helpful with ideas and ways to cook up. Caribou has been rough, but I have had consistency regularly the last few months so I believe they are pulling it together I would love to give a five star review, but the deli is lacking. The manager looks like her life sucks and to be honest I don't think she has ever waited on me. She can be doing nothing and will yell across the counter for I believe she said "Judy" last time I was there who might I add is so sweet! I wish the selections would be different but it's always the same boring sandwiches and very few different salads. Hopefully they can correct this in time Lastly, the selections of healthy foods here is amazing. You will almost always find it here! Oh and I just love your little old lady morning cashier. She is always doing something and when she sees me there it's always a big smile. Thank you for being my go to store!
