This was our second time renting from Express Rental, and both times worked out quite well, and the prices seemed fair.
We borrowed a trencher with the custom trailer that makes it really easy to load and unload. Got it cleaned up and tried to start it load it up and the pull rope snapped off. They came out, replaced, the recoil, and returned it for me.
The crew seems laid back, helpful and knowledgeable if just a bit rough around the edges in that typical mechanic way.
I won't hesitate to rent from them again.

Good service.
Went to change oil and found the drain plug over torqued to the point of being stripped. Check your torque levels in the pit, 20 ft-lbs shouldn't make the bolt head get rounded out.

Very unprofessional! My guess is they don't want return customers. I used a mini track machine for two hours but paid for a full day. They refused to adjust the price. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away from this place. Go to Barron Supply in Barron, WI. They know how to treat customers unlike new richmond rental. STAY AWAY!!Replying to your reply- Dave said he would bring it back on Sunday and someone told him Monday morning would be better. We won't be back and we we still don't recommend your rental company to anyone.

Dan is the man to go to for rentals. We used a bounce house for my son's birthday and Dan was very accommodating, understanding of weather, and a huge help with loading/unloading etc. If the rest of the business operates like him, then it's definitely worth checking out ?
