Sold my husband a jeep with a bad motor. Will not do anything about it. Fix it or even return calls. He just made his 4th payment and is now a $25,000 law ornament until we get this figured out. We also bought the warranty which is an extra $30.00 a month and of course it does not cover this. Do not buy a car from these guys. They do not care what they sell you or care about honesty or integrity and will rob you blind. Not sure how they can be part of the BBB accredited companys. I dare the BBB to buy a car from them.

Bad place and not recommended to buy a vehicle from or do anything with them I bought a 2010 camero from them and add warranty to it and i end up selling it so i ask to be canceled more than 4 months ago and i send the the bank paperwork that saying i did pay off the loan So i end up calling them to see when I will recive my refund They said it should be 60 days So I wait more than 60 days and call the person that doing the warranty things she said oh We received the check in office today I will submit to the controller once it clears our account! That was November 8th and for since that every time i call the controller not there For the end I would say if you have anything like that just contact a lower instead of keep going in Circle with them Bad business and not recommended at all... As a first time car buyer I was amazed at how easy they made the process. I went in with so many questions and Alex and Josh were able to walk me through the answers to all of them. Even to this day, if I have any concerns or questions, I can call Alex and he will help me through every step in the way. I have never met a more hands on and genuine salesman! I have recommended Cooper Motors to all my friends and family! I couldn't have asked for better people to help me!

I am BEYOND amazed with these guys!! Alex & Jake couldn't have helped me more!!! I've never had such an amazing experience before dealing with a dealership In my entire life!! I most definitely recommend these guys to ANYBODY!!! I got into a car accident literally not even a week into having the car & it was totaled & they took complete care of me & got me the EXACT car I've been looking for in years!! They are beyond amazing like I said before! I couldn't thank them enough !!

I was mislead by Tanner had an appointment to see him and when I got there he was not and I came to find out he knew he was not going to be there and Jake was just a total prick I got up and walked out the door and as we all know any good sales person would not let a customer walk out do not do business with these people they do not care about their customers

Scam / rip off artists. They lied to me about getting the loan, and the paperwork was NEVER SENT TO THE DMV. I drove the car for a month unregistered, no loan on car. The wheel bearing crapped out. Paid to have fixed then they came and got the car while I was at work. They did not pay me for the repairs that the dealer had done. Don't sign the paper that says that you won't SUE them crooks!!!

I would never go anywhere else to get a vehicle. I have bought 2 cars from Cooper Motors now and both have been great buys. Jake was extremely helpful when it came to my credit as I was new to the credit world when buying my first vehicle over a year ago. I drove that and got my credit score up so I was able to get an even newer, nicer car that was exactly what I wanted.

First off I am extremely happy with how Jake Johnson and Tanner Anderson at Cooper Motors treated their customers like myself. I Told the guys I wanted a ford super duty. I was being picky with what I wanted and had to have. Not only did Jake and Tanner spend multiple hours each week looking for that right truck, but they would send me links and ask if this or that truck would work. Last week the guys pulled thru and found me a killer deal on a 2008 Ford F-250 lariat! The truck is in amazing condition! The paperwork and financing was hassle free. Just wanna thank my friends again at Cooper Motors, you guys ROCK!!

Son traded in a 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo which he owed $5500 on a old truck worth $4300. Coopers kept his truck and incresed his loan to $9300. They also sold him an extended warranty on the Transmission, which is also supposed to cover rental of a car. Bought truck in July, Transmission went out in August. When Tires plus called the warranty company, they found that the paperwork for the warranty was never filed. Also that the warranty only covers the cheapest one year transmission! Fifth day without a vehicle, and still no paperwork done!

I actually had my experience a while back and a friend of mine asked me about used cars and I remember just how bad my experience was here so I definitely told them not to go and it reminded me to write a review. At any rate this place is definitely not looking out for the best interest of there consumer. I almost bought a car and thank goodness I didn't and I chose to have it checked out. I am luckily mechanically inclined enough to know when something isn't quite right. One of the workers had actually been driving the car I was looking at and apparently decided to ignore a very noticeable noise. The noise was that of the drive shaft about to fall out of the car. The best part is I had the car inspected by a very trusted mechanic and they found allllll sorts of problems with it that should have never been overlooked by the dealerships mechanic. Then they tried to tell me that they would have inspected it before I bought it and it would have never went off the lot like that. Last I checked it should be inspected before it is for sale. The fact is that these people are a joke and they seem all nice until you tell them something they don't want to hear which is that you are no longer interested in the car. Anyways I feel sorry for the individual that ended up buying that car as it had drive shaft issues as in it would have fallen out but thanks to me I guess I unfortunately had it tightened up by the mechanic. I should have just let the sales guy drive it home again and then laughed when all of the transmission fluid leaked out due to the shaft being way lose and then the trany would have blown! Oh and also it had broken springs among other things that I can't remember! Way to go cooper motors! I have always believed in watching out for others so I hope this helps!
