I mean no disrespect by anymeans but I didn't like the fact that when I call in the mid afternoon/evening and ask how my daughter is doing an the lady couldn't give me an answer because she just got there a few hours ago. I think that when they do shift changes the people that come on need to be updated on that days events and on the kiddos. There's a few more issues I had but I won't make public..

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Overrun with too many children and not enough workers. It IS cheap, but you get what you pay for.
I had a meeting because my son misbehaved and while I'm not proud of this fact, I ran late (they require BOTH parents at these meetings, so good luck single parents). They were absolutely unwilling to work with me and the owner was disgustingly rude (and she manages children?).
To top it off her biggest complaint was punctuality but they couldn't even refund us the money they owed us on time! Absolute hypocrisy.
I've let everyone I know NOT to go to this place: The only reason they are in business is because of a lack of childcare centers in the area.
Bad attitudes, unprofessional and trashy is how I would describe the place.

If you are looking for individualized attention this is not the place, but they provide a good education and socializing experience for the children. Some teachers are definitely not as good as others which is unfortunate. The director is great on listening to you and following up with employees if you have concerns. They have flexible hours which is great when you work a typical 8 hour workday but end up staying late without notice. Be prepared to be asked to sell things on your child's behalf...( Fundraiser)
Update: now that my kid is older, he loves it there. He likes getting some freedom from hovering eyes (at another place) and he has more decision power. Still not very personalized but he likes it now so I do too. They are fine with his gluten free and milk free requirements, which makes me feel better, and it seems everyone is involved to make sure the diet is right this time around.

We have had great experiences at Bear Buddies! My kids have learned so much, from sign language and Spanish, to yoga, to Kwanzaa. The teachers treat the kids like family, and my kids love going to "school" every day. Highly recommended!
