I’ve been renting a unit from them for about two years now. I pay about 6 months ahead every time I pay them and often times forget when I’m due. They are so sweet and kind and understanding. Never make me pay a late fee if I accidentally go past my payment either. It has truly been a dream renting a unit from this amazing family.
