Website said it was open (last saturday) and when we got there there was a written sign saying closed. Not the first time that's happened. They need to update their website!!

If I could give a negative star I would. The tech's were great. The customer service center was HORRIFIC! They were demeaning, dismissive, uncooperative, rude and down right disgusting. I have never been so upset and disappointed in customer service before this. I literally had them pull their tank immediately after the incident and went with Ferrell Gas. THEY have awesome customer service! Learn from my mistake! Go anywhere else for your propane!!!!!!!!!!!!

Above and beyond excellent customer service. We had to transfer our account from the previous owner and our paperwork was in the pipeline, but we were about to run out of propane. After an after-hours call to CHS, they expedited my order and on a Friday night sent out a truck to fill us up. The driver Jim was friendly and courteous. He said we would have run out of gas in 24 hours and the refill likely saved my pipes from freezing over the weekend. They easily could have told me to wait till Monday, but came through for us when we needed them the most. Highly recommended.

Had to move our tank away from our newly boughten home in order to do an addition. Asked specifically how much it was going to be they told me an $85 service fee plus materials. Guy came out move tank but the line cannot be buried due to the construction needed to be done first. Bill came and when I paid I asked about getting charged another service fee and they said no I would not. They came out and finish the job. And received a $327 bill. Charged me a second time for the labor charged me for a new regulator and charged me for digging a trench (approx 30 ft) and of course materials. Called and they removed the labor but would not remove the trench and excavating fee they said they either needed to charge one or the other. Do not stick to their word. Expected a $150 bill paid over $300.

My dad committed suicide and they removed a full tank of propane and tank he paid for and refused to give family refund. Unbelievable.i can't believe anyone would ever support this company in anyway.

CHS Charges WAY too much for LP. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Service is terrible! New customer's that were told we didn't need to have it filled in Oct. Now the tank is out, house smells of gas with no heat. Also can't get anyone on the phone.

I purchased a property this summer with a Larson leased tank on it. First off they didn't fill my tank this summer as asked. Secondly once they did fill the tank I went a month without getting a bill. Turns out they were sending it to a different address because they had my account information swapped with somebody else's address. Thirdly I was charged for all the parts and labor to update what I thought was their equipment and then the icing on the cake was the ridiculous high price of their propane. Once the tank is empty is going bye bye......

First of all, I apologize for not thanking anyone in person last night for their part in giving us this seminar. You all did a great job and the people I were with, didn't stop talking about it all the way home. We all enjoyed it very much. Both speaker guests were not only informative but also very entertaining. I already used my free gift card and bought some seed before leaving but I'm planning on returning in the future as soon as I figure out what other supplies I'll need for the year. Thanks again for all your hard work and efforts in putting this event on. We very much appreciate it.

Out of town location, but easy to find with ample parking. Limited ag supplies. Marginal quality and choices. Prices are competitive.
