This is the only business I have ever heard of that charges you extra to pay your bill if you go there they actually charge you $5 to pay your bill I am considering legal action about this

Pretty bad when they tell you that your phone does not exist or your number does not exist when you're standing there with it in your hand seems to me they're just trying to rip people off and blackmail them into buying their phones instead of keeping the one you've got and your number

Went to the New London store on a Friday, was quoted a price to switch from boost to cricket, went back on Saturday and was told by Bella that I would NOT get the port over price for the phone as told by another employee on Friday. I went home and called the Appleton store and the manager there said I most certainly would. I returned to the store ( 3rd) time and Bella told me very rudely " are you here to switch?" I responded yes...she said " well your not going to get the port over price! I said was told by Melinda in Appleton that I would, she then said well your not! I could go through it all but it's a process and it's not going to give you that price. I replied well why would another store say I would get that price? She responded if they are somehow doing it they can get in trouble and be terminated. I responded ok then I will just go to Appleton. I found out Appleton was out of the phone I wanted but was told go to Neenah and Tanya would help me. I drove to Neenah, picked out my phone and Tanya helped me! The whole process took ten minutes and I DID get the port over price. Tanya provided excellent customer service, Bella in New London was awful and coming from a retail manager it was the worst experience I have had with someone. Moral of the story...Don't be like Bella, Be a Tanya!??

Have had several problems with the Senior Manager, he constantly boasts about his experience but severally lacks in knowledge,he lacks serious experience in Customer Service Relations. I would suggest asking for Jennifer she really is great and goes out of her way to help you with any problems your having and you won't have to put up with any rude arrogance!!! She really does have magic fingers when it comes to setting up your phone. Other than the Know it all Senior Mgr.Cricket has been very convenient and a pleasant place to go for my family.

I have been with Cricket Wireless for over 7 years and never once had a problem until I stopped at this location. Was "assisted" by Brittany, she was extremely rude, short with me, very unprofessional and did not want to help me with my problem. She dropped my phone more than once and repeatedly dropped the f bomb. If you need assistance with your cricket service i would recommend stopping in a different location.
