Crappy manager,called to get myself in and was no problem 1.75 hrs before close. Said I wanted my 4 year old cut as well and that made her suddenly put me on hold. She didn't silence me and I heard her ask her manager about cutting my sons hair as if kids were somehow an issue.she said NOPE! as if happy to say it. If my 4 year old is too much for their business then I'll go somewhere more professional.

Kathy did an awesome job cutting my 5 year old sons hair. She gave him the haircut he chose and even asked him everytime she started cutting if it was too long or too short so that he felt involved in the whole experience. He looks great and I appreciate being able to book my appointment quickly

They train new stylists so they try very hard to give you what you want. I don't care for upper end salons because they don't listen. These girls do. If you're super fussy, don't go here.
Requested style: Just a basic short Bob. I'm over 70 and my hair is thin and fine. Nothing fussy, just cooler for the hot weather.

Very pleased with service, ease of booking, clean environment, and have always been happy with the haircuts I've gotten at the New London Cost Cutters.
