People have to understand that delivery is different in New Glarus. Counter service is excellent. Kudos to Kim for a job well done.

We've received excellent service from both the post office and every one of the mail carriers, both before and after switching mail delivery from coming out of Belleville to coming out of New Glarus.

Friendly enough in the office, but the mail carriers are absolutely the worst I've experienced. You would think they would be better at their jobs considering the state pays them a great wage with excellent benefits, and phenomenal hours. You'd think....
