People have to understand that delivery is different in New Glarus. Counter service is excellent. Kudos to Kim for a job well done.

Went to the post office and waited in line for 30 minutes. Get to the front and she says. 'Sorry we're closed'. Then she proceeds to help the two people behind me quick as I left. Uhh...?

We've received excellent service from both the post office and every one of the mail carriers, both before and after switching mail delivery from coming out of Belleville to coming out of New Glarus.
