Staff has always been very helpful. I rented their excavator recently and the track came off while using it for my project. Made a call to the store and let them know what was going on. The owner was at my house to get it fixed up within an hour. I live 40 minutes from their location, no one offers that kind of immediate response. Will definitely be back for my rental needs. Thanks again!

Poor customer service. Wouldn’t return a brand new hose that I didn’t even cut from bulk roll. This was after I had to find the hose myself due to the lack of knowledge from the staff. Will drive to Home Depot or Menards from now on.

purchased two hanging flower baskets for mothers day, and the last couple of days the baskets look terrible. Have given them water daily and a lot of care. Contacted the store to find out if they could replace them with new ones, the gentleman that I talk seemed to be very short and rude. He said that they can not do anything.Spending $ 70.00 for the two baskets was a waste. Last time I buy anything from there
